Una luce all’ingresso è un ripiano nel bagno
Ubicación, muy céntrico. Personal muy servicial y atento.
Las almohadas, muy blandas. Pedimos 2 camas y nos asignaron 1 doble. Solo puedes aparcar el vehículo en estacionamiento de pago ya que el aparcamiento gratuito más cercano está como a 12 minutos andando.

We've been to this hotel twice before as we like the location but didn't realize it was very recently under new management. Apart from a few hic ups concerning keys and no reception mid week. We did like the breakfast, staff, and cleaners... Very pleasant.

La ubicación y la relación calidad precio del establecimiento. Desayuno buffet muy correcto.
Nos asignaron la habitación que queda junto frente al ascensor. Resulta un tanto ruidosa por el trasiego del resto de huéspedes. Corresponde a las habitaciones N°4 y Nº5. Intentad evitarlas. No dispone de parking ni acuerdo con los aparcamientos cercanos.
Hotel recién reformado muy bien, Desayuno en Bar muy bueno. Habitación bien.
La recepcionista que nos entregó las llaves malos modales en la Atención al Público., en la habitación se escucha mucho los ruidos,los portazos y las conversaciones, me abrieron la puerta desde afuera ( tiene picaporte desde afuera)por no cerrar con llave desde adentro

The rooms were clean and tidy. Although it had only opened that day we arrived, so it should be. Great storage options with draws. The little balcony was a bonus.
On arrival there was a note on the door saying to check in at a location nearby as reception was closed. At the alternative location, a sister accommodation, the check in process took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Just 2 people in front of me. The receptionist didn't have any answers to my question about the Celymar WiFi facilities, or safe, saying he thought they wasn't available. He told me breakfast was served until 10.30 am each day. He promised to call me to confirm WiFi details but didn't. The guests prior to me checking in were also staying at the Celymar. They were handed a voucher for a welcome drink in the bar. I wasn't. Guessing it's a nationality thing. Although speaking Spanish myself I guess he thought I didn't understand. On arrival at Celymar I saw boxes with keys in reception. I'm guessing these were the safes, because there wasn't any in the bedroom. On arriving at the breakfast room at 9.55 am the next day I was advised that breakfast wasn't available because it closed at 10 am not the 10.30 am I had been told at check in, or as advertised on booking.com. The restaurant staff was very rude and would even let me get my disabled husband a coffee. Unfortunately, so many things went wrong. All they said was, well it's the first day. Bring the duster hotel of another you would think they would have done experience in customer care and satisfaction. Things can only get better 🤞
