Que el hotel no sea entero para no fumadores. Aunque está prohibido fumar en el solárium, si se ponen a fumar en las terrazas el humo llega igual.

A little serene oasis in the middle of it all!
Pros:

Overall simple yet beautiful, serene like resort in the middle of the bustle. Staff was amazing. Alma, Angela , Digna, Guillermo, Juan, Chef Anthony and Eliana!
Breakfast was a great variety and they had cava included!
Pools were great.
Rooms are spacious and love the open bathroom concept.
Location is great , close by everything you need. Bus stations close by all around. Taxis available.
They helped schedule an airport transfer at a reasonable price since I had a super early flight leaving.

Cons:

Paint in the rooms could be redone. Faded or spots on many walls.
Bathroom garbage can be different , small and some rusty.
Room slippers would be nice as well.
Shuttle service to and from airport .

Great hotel, friendly staff, highly recommend
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, especially Juany. The location is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. They do a nice job with breakfast. The gym is small but you can still have a solid workout. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Cons:

The WiFi would drop and it wasn’t the easiest to sign into. The door handles both in the front and back of the room would get stuck.

Hotel perfecto para parejas , descanso absoluto
Pros:

El hotel en general esta genial, destacando el trato de los empleados principalmente.
El desayuno es perfecto tiene de todo y varía según los dias .
La limpieza del hotel es espectacular .
Las instalaciones son perfectas si buscas un hotel no muy grande , donde todo esta apenas sin moverse.

The perfect place to relax
Pros:

The property is very aesthetically pleasing. As soon as I arrived I felt like I was on holiday. I would like to mention how the manager Angela made me super welcome and she was a great source of information about where to go and what to do. Such a lovely helpful person and an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

The fitness centre could have been in a better condition.
