Malonus personalas, labai skanūs oatiekalai. Patiko visa viešbučio aplinka. Kambariai valomi kasdien. Rankšluosčiai labai balti. Čia jau antrą kartą. Norėčiau dar karta.

Tolles Familienhotel mit herzlicher Atmosphäre und tollem Essen
Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel in einer tollen Gegend, mit vielen Möglichkeiten, die Umgebung zu erkunden und sich dabei auch einmal ein wenig zu „verlaufen“. 😉

Das Buffet befindet sich im untersten Stockwerk und ist hauptsächlich über Treppen erreichbar. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, bekommt aber auf Nachfrage ein anderer Zugang, falls man von dem neuen Gebäude kommt.

Im Speisesaal kann es teilweise recht laut werden, dafür ist das Buffet sehr reichhaltig. Besonders die Früchte waren ein absoluter Traum – wir haben auf Kreta fast nirgends so gute Früchte gegessen.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Neubau und war sehr sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt und man diese persönliche Atmosphäre spürt.

Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Personal für die wirklich schöne Zeit. Sollten wir wieder einmal in der Nähe sein, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Lautstärke beim morgen Buffet war teilweise schon fast an der Schmerzgrenze, aber ja das Hotel ist groß und somit kann es schon mal vorkommen das man sich einen Platz ergattern oder geduldig sein muss bei Hochsaison.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble

La proximité de la plage et le bruit de la mer. La nourriture et le bon confort

Cons:

Soucis de personnel pour les repas pas assez nombreux et pas de contrôle à l entrée de la salle ni d installation à table par le personnel d ou une certaine anarchie et l obligation parfois d attendre le deuxième service

Vista spettacolare sul mare, personale gentile, vicino al centro e ad i bus per muoversi.
Pros:

La posizione, il cibo e il personale super veloce a risolvere gli imprevisti ( frigo rotto sostituito in meno di mezz’ora)

Cons:

La pulizia nel ristorante ed un po’ di odore di tubature nei bagni.

Bella vacanza!
Pros:

Il personale era gentile, anche se a volte mi è sembrato un po’ scazzato (probabilmente, a mio avviso, anche per i salari bassi). Mi è piaciuta molto anche la clientela della struttura: parecchi giovani, ma anche tante famiglie, quindi secondo me è un buon posto anche se si vuole conoscere gente.

La posizione è buona: tutta la zona è praticamente un susseguirsi di supermercati, pub, autonoleggi e posti dove affittare scooter e quad. C’è anche una piccola spiaggia molto vicina e la fermata dell’autobus è praticamente attaccata all’hotel. È presente anche un parcheggio per le auto: non è enorme, ma noi avevamo gli scooter e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Cons:

La piscina è alta solo 120 cm. è piccolina e la doccia non è supermoderna, però sti cavoli.

Cons:

​Komplett falsche Versprechungen: Der auf Booking.com inserierte „Privatstrand“ existiert nicht (es gibt nur kostenpflichtige öffentliche Strände).

​Massive Überbuchung: Anlage viel zu voll, winziger Pool, Liegen extrem eng aneinander gequetscht und keine freien Plätze.

​Service-Mängel: Zimmer im Nebenhotel statt im Hauptgebäude, nur 2 Hotelkarten für 3 Personen, WLAN läuft exakt bis zum Check-out ab.

​Mangelhafte Zimmerpflege: Zimmer wurde trotz Schild und Bitte an einem Tag nicht gereinigt, Klopapier musste aktiv nachgefragt werden.

​Stressiges Frühstück & schwaches Essen: Punkt 10:15 Uhr werden die Lichter ausgeschaltet und sofort demonstrativ aufgeräumt; Abendessen war „so lala“.

​Lage: Sehr touristisch und stark eingeengt.

Nagyon szép szálloda, kedves személyzet. A tengerpart 2 perc séta.

Cons:

A szállodához tartozó strand nagyon pici, napágyat lehetetlen foglalni, törölköző leterítésre nincs hely.

Les paysages sont magnifiques et les restaurateurs aux alentours très sympathiques

Il n’y a pas de service pour amener les bagages à la chambre à l’arrivée ni pour le départ. Il n’y a ni chaussons ni peignoir. Ce qui est dommageable pour 4étoiles L’amabilité du personnel dépend de la personne. Thephilos a la réception été abjecte avec nous.
