Superbe emplacement et vue
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, rue très agréable a quelques minutes de la place saint Marc.
La chambre avec vue sur canal est superbe.
Personnel accueillent.

Air Condition works well during summer
A small elevator is available for luggages. It is a great plus in Venice.

Cons:

There were spiders and webs on the ceiling corners due to being Villa having a garden but not having an impact on us.. More deep cleaning is advised
Day time restaurant large umbrellas are open therefore canal view not that much charming at canal view room.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building with an authentic interior. The breakfast rooms is absolutely stunning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They recommended several excellent places for dinner, provided us with an iron and ironing board, and even printed the air-conditioning instructions in our language. As we had to leave early, they also arranged an early breakfast for us, which we greatly appreciated.

The rooms were clean, and all the necessary toiletries and slippers were provided. The breakfast was excellent—very tasty, varied, and of a much higher quality than we expected.

The location is also very convenient: around five minutes from the vaporetto stop, close to a canal, and surrounded by plenty of cafés and places to have a quick meal.

Cons:

There were no significant disadvantages during our stay.

Cómodo y a buen precio
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marco y de la estación de los vaporettos que vienen de la estación de tren de Santa Lucía y de los que van al aeropuerto, lo que en Venecia es una gran ventaja. Personal muy amable y buen desayuno. Cumplieron con un upgrade de habitación que me otorgó Booking

I forgot my important staff and they helped me with care very well.

Staff, breakfast was way beyond expectations, wonderful taste with right warmed food made by talented staff. asking to all customers about coffee favour was amazing. Well trained and very sophisticated but still friendly.
