Pros:

Breakfast and location were great, as was the size of the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The hotel only uses one water taxi company and refused to compare prices with a different one when I thought the quoted price was exorbitant.

Staff gentile e molto disponibile. Posizione buona e vicina agli attacchi dei taxi acquei.

Cons:

Pochissime cose. Una colazione all'italiana più ricca, con brioches per esempio, tenendo conto del prezzo pagato. Ma è solo una scelta personale.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l’hotel est un peu en retrait des lieux de passage touristique. Le petit dejeuner continental est correct et frais. Jus de fruits en carafe et boissons chaudes en thermos. L'accueil est bon, le ménage OK et le personnel gentil.

Cons:

La chambre au rez de chaussée est au calme. La présence des toilettes de l’hotel juste à côté est atypique mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés. Certaines chambres de l’hotel donnent directement dans la salle du petit dejeuner. Payer la taxe municipale en liquide même si ce n’est pas forcément une décision de l’hôtel.

Excelent la toate capitolele: amplasare hotel, primire, prezentarea hotelului - un adevarat tur ghidat, camera uriasa, cu tapet de matase, un adevarat palazzo, mic dejun foarte bun intr-o sala venetiana cu tavan de palat si candelabru de Murano. Personalul, de fapt, adevarati prieteni cu care te sfatuiesti, te ajuta, iti dau sfaturi, ne povestim viata.

La posizione dell'hotel che permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi i vaporetti e piazza S. Marco . La pulizia in generale e la cordialità dello staff .

Our room didn't actually look like the photos on booking's site. Same type of room - but not as nice. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for canal view either as it is blocked by umbrellas at the restaurants/overall isn't worth it.

Personnel très agréable et avenant avec qui nous avons échangé en anglais. Avenant avec les enfants

Le prix. Le centre ville de Venise étant particulièrement cher, c'est à relativiser, mais pour un week-end ça reste un gros budget.
