Ha egy kicsit jobban figyeltek volna a higeniara 10/10-et adnek
Pros:

Jo programok, változatos ételek, bő választékkal. Közel van a part es a bazar sor is.

Cons:

A tisztasagra jobban odalehetne figyelni, a takaritok egyebkent mindennap jottek, de a furdoszobankban hajszalak voltak mikor elfoglaltuk a szobát. A barban a poharak egytől egyig nem tul bizalom gerjesztőek.

Pros:

Big and nice pool, the food is good, competent staff, large rooms, clean. Parking is cramped but they'll find you a place. Very good room cleaning.

Cons:

The animation scene is made of concrete and there is a real safety hazard on the sides which are very steep, the kid fell off from there after the mini-disco. This should be fixed asap.

Сказать, что мы остались сильно недовольны, не могу, но во второй раз мы не выберем этот отель.
​персонал, приветливый, кроме дамы в баре на бассейне, дерганная, вечно сердитая🤣

Номер чистый, полотенца меняют каждый день, но пол не моют.

Питание
Еды много, но либо она пресная, либо пересоленная. Посуда грязная: чтобы налить кофе, надо стоять и выбирать стакан, а тарелки всё время очень мокрые.
Услуги и территория
Ходили в сауну: сама сауна ок, но в комнате отдыха невероятно пахнет мочой, и в принципе весь второй этаж так пахнет на протяжении всего отпуска. Стоянка стала платной, и недёшево! У отеля нет своего пляжа. Чтобы дойти до моря, есть два пути: длинная дорога и короткая (прям вполовину меньше), но она всегда грязная, заваленная мусором и всё время в лужах, так как что-то сливают из дома для персонала. Бассейны чистые, лежаки есть, но вода очень холодная и сильно захлорированная.
Стоянка стала платной, и недёшево!

Bar hat nur bis 23.00 Uhr geöffnet, zu wenige Toiletten beim Pool, Handtuch Wechsel war eine unfreundliche Dame und hat das kompliziert

Pros:

Locatia ne-a placut, per ansamblu.

Cons:

Mancarea a fost buna si diversificata in primele 2-3 zile, dupa care ceva s-a schimbat . Baietii care serveau foarte imprastiati, gaseam mesele murdare, Cand debarasau lasau mesele cu firimituri si cu mancare pe ele. Evident, ca acest aspect mai depinde si de client.

Nu micul dejun , ci tot ceea ce a fost legat de mâncare, pentru noi a fost ireproșabil!
Tot personalul foarte atent cu oaspeții ,aveau grijă să ne îndeplinească toate cerințele!
Sincere felicitări echipei manageriale !
Vă mulțumim pentru tot ceea ce ați făcut pentru a ne simți extraordinar în scurta noastră escapadă!!

It was better than i thought it would be as I goy a great price
Pros:

Good location it’s a bit of a walk to the bars nightclubs for younger people but quite enough area for families the food is quite good for all inclusive meals the drinks are just local beer but was ok too

Cons:

I am not able to walk to far so if I wanted to go to the bars for a evening out it was a bit of walk

Recomand cu drag. Excelent raport calitate/pret.
Pros:

Totul a fost excelent. Am ajuns in jurul orei 13, am primit imediat bratarile. Rezervarea a fost pentru 2 camere twin si am primit un apartament si o camera tripla. Prosoapele si lenjeria sunt albe si foarte curate. Personalul de la receptie vorbeste engleza, foarte binevoitori si rapizi, doamnele de la curatenie au schimbat zilnic prosoapele, au luat gunoiul. La restaurant meniu bogat, proaspat, bine pregatit, diversificat, oricat ai fi de pretentios sigur gasesti ceva pe gustul tau. Sunt 2 seri tematice intr-o saptamana: una bulgareasca si una cu fructe de mare. La restaurant multe feluri se gateau pe loc, mereu se face refill. Baietii din restaurant care debarasau mesele sunt foarte rapizi, calmi, harnici si respectuosi. Se face mereu curatenie. La piscina gaseai la orice ora sezlong liber. Nu prea se practica metoda cu prosopul. Parcarea cu plata este fix langa hotel. Sunt 2 trasee de ajuns la mare; unul cam de 5-7 min printr-un parc neingrijit si unul mai lung de 15 min prin statiune care presupune un urcus la intoarcerea de la plaja.

Cons:

Cred ca la grupurile sanitare comune de pe holuri si de la restaurant curatenia se poate imbunatati. De fiecare data era miros de urina. Desi nu tine de hotel trebuie mentionat ca drumul catre plaja prin parc se face pe un traseu extrem de neingrijit, printre gunoaie si o canalizare care mirosea urat. Consider ca hotelurile din jur ar putea solicita primariei sa igienizeze zona.

Pros:

Ми провели чудові чотири дні в цьому готелі, і я залишилася надзвичайно задоволена відпочинком! ❤️
Мені сподобалося тут абсолютно все. Насамперед хочу відзначити дуже привітний та уважний персонал. Коли ми приїхали, ще не встигли заселитися, але нам дозволили піти поснідати та провести час біля басейну. Це було дуже приємно після дороги.
Кухня смачна, вибір хороший — ми точно не залишалися голодними 😊 Усе було комфортно, затишно й організовано на високому рівні.
Окремо хочу подякувати персоналу за турботу під час виселення. Мій автобус затримали, і нам дозволили ще залишитися в готелі, користуватися басейном та поїсти. Завдяки цьому я почувалася спокійно й не переживала через затримку. Для мене це дуже багато означає!
Тому моя оцінка — однозначно 10 із 10! ⭐️ Дуже все класно, привітно та по-доброму. Я залишилася дуже задоволена і з великим задоволенням рекомендую цей готель! ❤️
