The food was terrible

Hideg volt a medencében a víz, hangos volt reggel a takarító személyzet így 8-nál tovább nem lehetett aludni. Az ételeket az utolsó 1-2 napra már meguntuk.

Este un hotel foarte înalt, 12 etaje și nu toate lifturile urcă până la ultimul etaj unde am fost cazați. Nu există o zonă pentru fumători la etaj, dacă vrei să fumezi și ești într-o cameră fără balcon trebuie să cobori până jos.

This was our first time visiting Bulgaria, and we stayed at this hotel. We have traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
On the first day, we went to the pool around 3:00 PM. There was only one staff member sitting there all day, responsible for the pool towels and sunbeds, named Misho (wearing a yellow shirt with "Lifeguard" written on it; he was in charge of everything related to the pool and towels all day). Since all the sunbeds were taken, my wife sat on a sunbed in the shade. Right after that, this lifeguard came over and rudely told her that she couldn't sit there and that I had to sit on the only available sunbed in the sun. Apparently, the pool is shared between two hotels. Almost all the sunbeds on our side had towels on them, but it was obvious no one was sitting there—they were reserved, and no one had shown up. While these kinds of sunbeds were sitting empty, Misho asked where I was from. After I said we were from Istanbul, he said in a rude tone, "If you're going to sit, you sit in this sun; otherwise, you can't sit here."
The next morning, we placed two towels in a shady spot for our family of three. When we went back after breakfast, our towels were gone, and other people were sitting in the spot we had reserved. We spent about 20-25 minutes looking for our towels. During this time, even though the lifeguard was right there and was actually the person who had removed our towels, he never asked us what happened or tried to help. We eventually found the towels tossed aside. Naturally, when we asked the lifeguard about them, he continued to respond with the same rude and hostile attitude. The situation escalated into an argument between us. The lifeguard pushed me with his finger and said, "Go to Istanbul!" I grabbed his finger to prevent him from hurting me.

Un bufet saracacios, câteva feluri de mâncare care se repetau zilnic, din punctul meu de vedere se poate mai bine!! Q

-acest hotel e alergic la aer conditionat in primul si primul rand. au aer conditionat centralizat in perete, care e extrem de vechi si de prost. nu a functionat aerul conditionat deloc, abia se simtea, ca sa supravietuim a trebuit sa fie non stop pornit, am facut dusuri reci mereu si am lasat non stop usa deschisa la balcon. m am dus sa discut cu personalul de la receptie si mi au spus ca vor aduce pe cineva de la departamentul tehnic sa vada daca aerul e stricat. au venit cu o termocamera si l au pus lipit de aerul conditionat si au zis ca el functioneaza, insa nu au vrut sa arate temperatura din camera efectiv, m am certat cu ei si le am zis sa puna termocamera si in camera sa vedem ce temperatura este si nu au vrut, mi au spus nervos si sec ca aerul functioneaza si au plecat. baiatul de la receptie m a dus in alta camera si acolo era la fel, pur si simplu puneai mana in fata lui si nu sufla niciun pic de aer. ori nu facea fata, ori era setat prea sus temperatura centralizata, ori nu mai erau curatate filtrele de cand a fost facut hotelul.
era cald peste tot, in camera, in restaurant, doar la receptie era ok. nu s au oferit nici sa aduca macar un ventilator, nu le a pasat de nimic desi eram intr o stare vizibila de discomfort. la restaurant aveau niste aere conditionate portabile care in majoritatea timpului nu functionau si aveau mucegai vizibil pe filtre.

- mancarea proasta, nevariata si putina. mancare congelata la greu, puteti vedea si in poza cartofi congelati cu nuggets congelati, masa asta puteam sa o fac singura acasa cu 20 de lei de la supermarket. micul dejun in principiu mi a placutX in rest cat sa nu mori de foame la pranz si la cina si m a durut burta toate zilele cat am fost acolo probabil pentru ca mancam cu sila. pulpele de pui erau mai mult os, aveau 3-4 garnituri si maxim 2-3 carnuri, atat.

We didn’t quite like the food.

The food area was clean, but the actual problem was the content. Very repetitive, not enough protein sources and healthy snacks.

The space was always crowded.

Also the drinks might be revised from the diversity point of view.

Some other thing was the beach sun beds being reserved all the time despite the hotels policy. We received a different spot on other beach area though. The receptionist was highly proactive in fixing our issue though.

Lastly, the elevators definitely needs to be serviced as they often get broken. We had to use the stairs few times. The doors happen to hit you from time to time. The sensors not working quite well.

Non mi piacciono i turisti che occupano i lettini in spiaggia e poi se ne vanno, lasciando i posti occupati per niente. L'hotel non c'entra, ma spero che qualcuno legga e ci pensi un po'.

Singurul inconvenient ar fi faptul ca parcarea este foarte mica, numai ca acest lucru este specificat in descrierea hotelului.
