Good location close to a Lawson and Shinjuku Station. The hotel is clean.
The rooms are a bit run down. The beds have a topper on them and it’s a bit weird. Perhaps an older mattress that they are trying to make more comfortable?
This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and as always, it was absolutely wonderful! I was lucky enough to return on my birthday, and the staff made a point of acknowledging it, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.
There’s not much to say about the comfort because it’s simply the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The staff are exceptionally kind, and I especially want to thank Saki, who helped me book transportation for my next destination and truly went above and beyond to make everything easier for me.
The location is perfect- just about a 7-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient to get there directly from Narita Airport. There’s no doubt that I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Japan.
Absolutely nothing.
Here’s a more polished and engaging version of your hotel review:
The location is fantastic—it’s within walking distance of countless shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot. If you want to venture farther, the train station is just a few steps away, which is incredibly convenient.
The hotel welcomes you with a beautiful and inviting lobby that creates a great first impression. While the room is on the smaller side, it’s perfectly adequate if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.
Housekeeping is provided every three days, so it’s a good idea to keep your belongings organized if you enjoy coming back to a tidy room after a long day out.
Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly & helpful staff. Great onsite restaurant.
The coin laundry onsite took an extremely long time to dry. We had to run the dryer about 4 cycles for it to dry our clothes enough that we could hang them up in our room to finish drying.
Amazing service from the staff at every turn.
No pool which would have been brilliant after a long day out and about.

Location was phenomenal - good value price for what you got
The location was ideal. Very close to the train station and to other activities in the area.
The breakfast wasn't that great. The quality of the food was just ok, more local food would have been appreciated.
Great Location
Small room space
