Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and local attractions, and the train station is just across the road, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

We booked the Hollywood room for three people, and the room was a great size, especially considering the central location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value in a prime location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The only minor downside during our stay was that there was some roadwork taking place across the road, so it could be a little noisy at times. However, this was only temporary and outside the hotel's control, and it didn't take away from our overall enjoyable stay.

Perfect location
Pros:

Great location.
Pros:

Location was great. Shinjuku station right around the corner. Room was spacious and the layouts made the room seem even bigger. Staffs at the front entrance were friendly. While we were there it rained and they were always ready handing out umbrellas to guests.

Cons:

Pricey compared to other hotels we stayed at that offered more amenities.
