Excellent stay in a central location.
Pros:

Centrally located by the station which was great for getting around. Friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Quiet at night despite the central location.

Cons:

Room was pretty compact but this is common for hotels in a city like Tokyo.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

Location was excellent - steps away from Shinjuku station and all the shopping and restaurants you could imagine, yet the hotel rooms itself were quiet. Appreciate also the hot/cold water stations on each floor so we could fill up our own water bottles.

Cons:

Could not adjust the AC in the room and the room was too hot. We often had to prop the bedroom door open to let the cool air from the hallway come into the room. Room was small and price was on the higher end comparative to other places we stayed but you're paying for the location.
