Amazing upscale hotel in Shinjuku
Pros:

Really clean upscale hotel. Great walking distance from the Shinjuku train station and also area. Room was really clean, a little smaller but not terrible. Bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was really friendly and helped us to ship our luggage to our next destination in Osaka, which arrived smoothly.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel 2 times within a month. Initially we stayed in a bigger room with two twin beds which was super modern and probably had the best hairdryer I ever used. Speaking about amenities the provided shampoo, conditioner and soap are of 1A-quality too :)

When staying the second time we could only book a double room which was more outdated and even the provided towels were if a lower quality…

Pricewise we paid almost the same for each room category, but might be because of occupamcy rates
