A wonderful location, very calm and unspoiled, but the cooking no longer justifies a long detour.
Pros:

Location is superb, and both room and dining room take full advantage of the views.

Cons:

The quality of the cuisine has definitely dropped since my previous visits, which stretch over 30 years, the last in 2018.

Nice hotel, great location and reception staff
Pros:

Its right next to the airport and our room was very quiet. Mini bus shuutle, free, less than 10 mins
Reception staff very nice

Cons:

The restaurant adjacent to reception desk. We sat at table and waitress said scan the qr code and place your order. That app was hopeless - we selected English, the menu was in French and any instructions were in German. The waitress refused cash from other perspective diners and later on served others at table using her tablet

Friendly staff, but the hotel hasn't found its footing between B&B and fine hotel
Pros:

The hotel occupies an old building in a very small, quiet village between Inverness in the north and Oban in the south, set back a little from the main road. We booked two rooms, one on the first floor and one right under the roof. The house appears to have been partly renovated, the windows for example were new, though bathroom and furniture in our rooms were not. Rooms were in reasonable overall condition. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, without exception.

In summary, a friendly stay in a house that hasn't quite found its current identity, with a gap between the polished self-description online and the more modest reality we experienced.

Cons:

The website still advertises bathrobes and slippers in the room, but these were not provided, which didn't match what we'd been led to expect. The hotel has clearly been through several changes of ownership and is apparently back on the market again this year, and it shows. It's not quite clear whether it sees itself as a hotel or a bed and breakfast, and in practice the standard is closer to a simple bed and breakfast rather than the more established hotel it once was. The restaurant, once known for ambitious fine dining, has an appealing menu on paper, but the food didn't live up to it. Our risotto was dry and dishes were generally under-seasoned. Breakfast is chosen the evening before with no buffet to supplement it, which felt a bit inflexible, and was fairly basic aside from a genuinely good and creative eggs Benedict.

Pros:

A very nice location to spend even one night there if you are roadtrip-ing Scotland. Perfect scenery to wander around, while there is also a nice set up by the hotel to sit outside, if weather permits. Polite staff will greet you, and I should say that the food is really good.

Pros:

Ja, aber zu wenig.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war überschaubar und war typisch britisch kaum gewürzt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhätnis war nicht unbedingt im Einklang. Es war einfach zu teuer.

Essen gut, aber recht teuer.
Kann nicht nachvollziehen, warum man bei einem relativ neu renovierten Bad beim Waschbecken getrennte Wasserhähne macht, bei dem auf einer Seite extrem heißes Wasser rauskommt

We had a very pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful

Putting a preorder in for breakfast as sometimes you just don't how you'll feel next day.
