Comfy room in a great location with friendly staff but bathroom had issues.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, large room - all very comfortable

Cons:

Toilet seat and pedestal moved when you sat on it and shower temperature either cot or very hot.

Pros:

Tuvimos una estancia inmejorable. El impacto al llegar al castillo es espectacular; impresiona verlo en medio de la naturaleza y, al mismo tiempo, a un paso de la civilización, creando un ambiente de tranquilidad absoluto. Tanto la atención del equipo como la habitación estuvieron más que a la altura. Alojarse en un edificio histórico con el confort de hoy en día es un privilegio. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar del desayuno por salir muy temprano, pero nos quedamos con muchas ganas. Si estáis pensando visitar Stirling, no lo dudéis, es diferente y muy especial.

Not worth it, didn't feel like I slept in a castle

The castle outside is pretty and the employees where nice, but that's about it

Cons:

The room we stayed in seemed old an not that well maintained. There where spider webs in the bedroom and the door in our room creaked when we opened or closed it. The bathroom door had chipped paint.
I had troubles with the reservation, although my stay was booked, paid and confimed through booking I received an email asking to confirm my stay and pay the stay again. I contacted the hotel, made sure the email came from them, they confirmed it was from them. Tried to contact them (email and phone) multiple times to ask what was going on, no answer. Asked booking for help, they replied hours later saying my stay was confirmed, didn't need to do anything else. Days before my stay I received another email asking again to confirm and pay my stay...

Pros:

Picture post card building. Very comfortable, great staff, good food. Will return when in the area.

The building is tall and needs a working lift, it is a long way up to the second floor.

El pitjor hotel que he estat mai ( i viatjo sovint)

Res, potser que es un castell

Cons:

Tot, està molt brut, al terra no li han passat l’aspirador en 5 anys, l’habitació hem trobat escarbats morts, el terra ple de cabells i brutícia, les parets pintades a pedaços i amb molts cops, el capçal del llit estripat. El menjar amb prou feines li poso un 3. A l’esmorzar una taula ha agafat 8-10 minicroissants i la resta de clients ( erem 7 taules mes) ens hem quedat sense, i no segueixo per què no val la pena.
