Un séjour inoubliable pour les 70 ans de ma maman sur une île exceptionnelle avec un hôtel et un personnel exceptionnel

La situation géographique, le petit déjeuner, la propreté, l’accueil du personnel! Tout était parfait

Cons:

Les plongeons des enfants dans la piscine, je comprends le besoin de s’amuser mais il faut aussi faire attention aux autres autour de soi

Kényelmes, nagy szoba, jól felszerelve. Nekem fontos, hogy legyenek fiókok, elég szekrény, és ebben nem volt hiány. A reggeli ételválaszték bőséges, finom és a pincérek folyamatosan azon dolgoznak, hogy mindenki elégedett legyen.

Cons:

Elférne egy ruhaszárító is a szobában, ami jól jönne egy esősebb nap után.

Chambre avec très belle vue sur le joli jardin et la mer. Ambiance musicale près de la piscine. Très bon buffet .

Cons:

Hamman et Sauna étaient fermés plus d'une heure avant celle affichée.

Adoramos o conceito de quarto familiar, os quartos eram ótimos e grandes e a parte das varandas também era excelente em termos de espaço e conforto.
Pequeno almoço ótimo e variado.
Piscina de água salgada e quentinha 😃

Nice stay
Pros:

We liked the location it is much quieter than staying in Funchal, also it has small promenade, access to the stony beach. We liked the food during breakfasts and dinners, it had variety and every time found something that tasted well. The room was spacious and with nice ocean view. Also, the pool and the area were nice for relax.

Cons:

Our first impression of the room was not good because of the old sofa and chairs. The room could be much cozier just by replacing them and adding some cozy elements. The first look was quite disappointing, but we stayed there and used a blanket to cover the sofa, which made the room feel much nicer 😀
On 23 June, there was a celebration of Saint John, so there were many locals around the hotel, and the beach had a stage, DJ, and other elements of party. It was nice, but the hotel could have informed us that the celebration would last until 2 a.m. In the rooms overlooking the beach, it was not possible to sleep because of the noise. If we had known this in advance, we could have joined the party outside instead of trying to sleep and feeling annoyed.
