Locul nostru preferat pentru o vacanta in Madeira.
Pros:

Hotelul e pozitionat intr-un loc fantastic. Ai o promenada cu acces la ocean in fata hotelului, toate facilitatile din hotel sunt de asemenea la un nivel ridicat. Intreaga experienta a fost minunata. Ajungi usor la drumul express si poti face calatorii pe toata insula. Voi mai reveni aici.

Great for families!
Pros:

Incredible place, we stayed in a family suite and it was perfect. Food was great, hotel in general was so clean and wonderful for families. Overall highly recommend. Not much we did not like.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Le buffet de très bonne qualité, prix un peu élevés. Et le fait que l'eau soit payante nous a surpris eut égard au standing affiché de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les photos de la piscine sont mensongères, en réalité elle est plus petite.
Le frigo dans la chambre pas dégivré et mal conçu.

Pros:

Beautiful ocean view property. Our bedroom was spacious with a mini kitchen and bar. The breakfast buffet served delicious shakshouka and had a wide variety of options. Love the seaside promenade where we can stroll before breakfast or after dinner

Pros:

Hotel familiar, decoração muito bonita, adoramos o ginásio e piscina interior. Espaço para crianças muito giro!!! Pequeno-almoço fantástico 🤩 no quarto deixaram um pack com produtos de higiene para o bebé muito engraçado nunca tinha ficado num hotel que tivessem este cuidado (e já fiquei em muitos hotéis)

Infelizmente o check in é muito tarde, dizia a partir das 15h chegamos pelas 15h30 e o quarto ainda não estava pronto achei muito chato. O check out também é cedo pelas 11h não dá para perceber como é que o nosso quarto não estava pronto quanto chegamos mas enfim. Outra coisa que não gostamos nada, fui pedir ajuda ao rapaz da piscina para nos ajudar a encontrar duas espreguiçadeiras livres (pois a aérea da piscina estava reduzida iam fazer uma atividade a tarde) e ele simplesmente respondeu que estava tudo cheio, sem se dar ao trabalho de arranjar solução, havia algumas espreguiçadeiras só com toalhas jogadas sem pertences, o trabalho dele também é verificar isso, certo? Se não está a ser utilizado durante um período de tempo deve retirar as toalhas para dar lugar a outras pessoas. Tivemos nós que pegar numa espreguiçadeira e juntar a outra que estava livre isto é inconcebível! Claramente não gosta de trabalhar e deveria ser substituído por alguém mais competente.

Le family resort dont on rêvait !
Pros:

Absolument tout ! Un décor très original et fait avec beaucoup de goût, une équipe aux petits soins pour toute la famille, en particulier les enfants, le confort des lits, la qualité des produits de toilette, on s'est sentis comme à la maison. Dommage qu'on soit restés si peu de temps !

Cons:

La lumière des dressings qui s'allume avec un détecteur de mouvement, donc en pleine nuit quand un enfant va aux toilettes... l'éclairage en général était un peu complexe à prendre en main (mais le rendu est superbe !).

¡Un hotel fantástico! Los servicios muy completos, la comida excelente (cogimos media pensión) y el personal muy amable, SOBRE TODO las recepcionistas que nos atendieron cuando llegamos el primer día (el 09/07 por la noche), Liliana y su compañera son encantadoras. Estábamos de luna de miel y se portaron con nosotros de 10 durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Al coger media pensión tienes que pagar bebida, que nos parece correcto, lo que no vemos bien es que te cobren también por el agua cuando no es embotellada, si no del grifo. Casi 4€ por cada botella. Es la única pega que tenemos, y así se lo hicimos saber al personal.
