Un apartamento de batalla muy desgastado
Pros:

Tiene una terraza estupenda con muy buenas vistas.

Cons:

El apartamento está viejo, el mobiliario bastante desgastado por el uso.
La cocina lo peor, muy sucia pegajosa de la grasa, los muebles, el microondas y la campana extractora deberían cambiarlos.

Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer met compleet keukentje en ruim terras met mooi uitzicht (3e etage). Leuke omgeving met winkels en terrasjes. Binnen 6 à 8 minuten lopen op de strandboulevard (Paseo Marítimo). Heel vriendelijk en flexibel personeel.

Cons:

De badkamer is aan renovatie toe, maar alles werkte wel naar behoren.

Muy descuidado.

Me he alojado en este apartahotel durante muchos años y prácticamente repetía cada verano, por lo que conozco sus instalaciones. Sin embargo, este año he notado un deterioro importante que me ha decepcionado.

Nos asignaron la habitación 216 y, nada más entrar, la impresión fue muy negativa: aspecto envejecido, sensación de suciedad y falta de mantenimiento. El baño presentaba zonas muy oxidadas y un estado general muy descuidado. Además, el sofá era extremadamente incómodo y la habitación no transmitía sensación de limpieza.

Ante esta situación, bajé a recepción para expresar mi malestar. Debo destacar que el personal fue muy amable y profesional; me cambiaron de habitación de inmediato y se mostraron sorprendidos por el estado de la que nos habían asignado. La nueva habitación era bastante mejor. Aunque se nota que el establecimiento es antiguo, al menos estaba en condiciones aceptables y ofrecía una imagen mucho más cuidada.

Por otro lado, la piscina permanecía cerrada, algo que considero un inconveniente importante para los huéspedes.

Tenía previstas dos estancias más en este mismo establecimiento durante el verano, pero tras esta experiencia he decidido cancelarlas. Es una pena, porque era un lugar al que llevaba años regresando con satisfacción.
