Többnek mutatja magát mint ami a valóságban.
Pros:

A lokáció mert a szálloda közvetlenül a tengerparton van és csodás kilátás nyílik a tengerre. Strand napozóágyakkal a hotel előtt. Karnyújtásnyira számos bolt és étterem illetve egyéb szolgáltatások pl: busz, program szervező iroda, gyógyszertár….stb. A Hotel recepciója segítőkész és mindenben a rendelkezésünkre álltak. A takarító személyzet nagyon kedves volt és nagyon ügyeltek a szobánk illetve a hotel tisztaságára.

Cons:

Nem tetszett hogy a strand törölközőkért a 10 euro/törölköző letéti díjon felül elkérnek 6 euro/törölköző illetve további 3 euro/ törölköző díjat csere esetén. A szálloda 4 csillagosnak van feltüntetve de tapasztaltak alapján inkább 3 csillagos figyelembe véve a hotel állapotát, éttermi szolgáltatások (éttermi személyzet hozzáállása)és az ételek, italok minőségét. Nagyon zsúfolt az étterem, zajos, felkészületlen és nem igazán vendégközpontú személyzet. A Spanyol vendégekkel kedvesek voltak a külföldi vendégekkel pedig közömbösek ami elég furcsa volt számunkra mivel már sokat nyaraltunk Spanyolországban de eddig csak pozitív tapasztalatunk volt a Spanyol vendégszeretettel kapcsolatban.

Op de foto’s werd een mooi balkon getoond met volledig uitzicht op het strand. Echter werden wij achterin in een andere kamer geplaatst, die uitkeek op een grimmig steegje en de Burger King. Hoewel de locatie fijn aan het strand lag, was het erg druk, waren er veel asociale mensen en stonk het erg in de omgeving buiten het hotel.

Het zwembad leek op de foto’s veel groter dan het daadwerkelijk is. Het was erg krap en druk, waardoor wij er geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Ook ziet het hotel er van binnen veel minder indrukwekkend uit en leek het eerder op een 2-sterrenhotel dan op een 4-sterrenhotel. De kamer leek ook veel minder indrukwekkend dan op de foto’s. Het zag er gedateerd en somber uit.

Daarnaast was de vloer erg nat toen wij binnenkwamen door de schoonmaakster. De muren waren ook erg dun; je kon alles horen wat er bij de buren en op de gang gebeurde. In de ochtend was dit erg storend als je wilde uitslapen.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel enorm tegen, maar gelukkig bleven wij maar één nachtje, want het is meer een slaap-en-ga-hotel. Wij verblijven nu in een ander hotel in Benidorm dat 3 sterren heeft, en dit hotel is 10 keer beter dan Hotel Brisa.

Absolutamente todo es genial. Desde los trabajadores, las instalaciones, la ubicación, el buffet.. nos fuimos tristes por tener que marcharnos. Pero estamos convencidos de que en cuanto podamos volveremos.

Fui con mi marido, la experiencia y el trato nos gustó muchísimo, agradecer a todo el personal, tanto en recepción, como las chicas de la limpieza como el personal de cocina y sala, han sido personas muy amables, muy atentas, sobre todo la directora del hotel que la comenté si podrían especificarme qué quesos eran pasteurizados porque estoy embarazada y hablo con el personal para que en cada comida me pusieran en la mesa un plato de variedad de quesos pasteurizados que si podía comer, y es una mujer muy atenta y agradable, y a David Campoy que en toda nuestra estancia ha sido súper simpático, muy atento y agradable, cualquier cosa que necesitábamos estaba pendiente. Los cocineros majisimos, y muy trabajadores.

Cons:

Por mejorar cositas del hotel, diría que la piscina es pequeña, y el agua estaba caliente y al hacer tanto calor necesitas bañarte en agua más fresca, y en el tema de comida en el buffet, especificar los tipos de carnes en el cartelito, asi no estas preguntando de qué carne es cada cosa, eso mejoraría mucho.

Horrible, les photos ne représentent pas du tout l’établissement. Les chambres sont vétustes, désagréables et petites Le lavabo fuyait, la clim s’arrêtait au bout de 5 mn. Les murs sont sales et tachées. La piscine n’a que le nom, petite, devant la promenade, aucune intimité. Le buffet est enfermé. Le prix est fixé uniquement par la proximité de la plage. Mais il vaut mieux être un peu plus loin et passer un séjour agréable. Je ne peux pas mettre plus de photos pour montrer à quel point c’est sale et vieux.
