The location of the hotel was perfect, just enough distance to be clear of the house from the restaurants and bars.
Sea view from the hotel n swimming pool was an added bonus.
Food was absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

Not allowed to bring own water on to the premises.
After paying for the facilities, food and drink at the hotel we were told off about a bottle of water we had purchased on a walk and had by the pool. It let the friendly ambience of the hotel down.

Pros:

Location was superb. Room was always cleaned. Sometimes twice a day. Great view along the beach as well.

Cons:

No much to be honest. Everything was pretty spot on. A bit more expensive than most places but it’s justified with how clean it’s kept and the location

Ubicación excelente y limpieza excelente. La habitación muy limpia. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Mariam, fue la única muy respetuosa, amable y nos ayudó mucho. Gracias a ella.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, algunos camareros tuvieron un trato racista y sin respeto. Cuando vieron que no somos españoles y no hablamos español, nos empezaron a ignorar. Un camarero me hablaba mal, "no te sientes aquí, no vayas allí" de forma muy grosera. Me quejé en recepción y después fue aún peor, ya no venían a nuestra mesa y los platos se acumulaban como se ve en la foto. Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos muy mal y no bienvenidos. Me quejé otra vez sin resultado.

Some of the sfaff were not very pleasant,could be quite rude and non engaging,it is the service industry after all,we had to clear own tables in restaurant,

A very enjoyable stay and I would recommend the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel location is directly opposite the beach which was ideal for us and the walk down the promenade in the evening led us to all the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars so very convenient.

Cons:

The food options for gluten or dairy free were a little limited especially for desserts and cakes
