I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was beautiful and spotless
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room itself was beautiful and very clean. The shower products were from a great brand as well.
A huge thank you to the receptionist, Himanshu Bhardwaj, for the quick responses, helpful navigation, and positive attitude. The staff was just wonderful! Nice and positive people. It was such a wonderful experience — everything was perfect.

Cons:

The staff told me the tea and coffee is included in the room price and I can finish them if I wish to. My family and I really liked the mixtures and took it with us because of this info from the staff. 5 mins after our arrival, the staff called me and told me I have to bring the tea or they will charge me 50 euros for it. I told them I took it because their staff told me this and the person on the phone said the staff miscommunicated it, so I still have to bring it back. Ridiculous problem solving ‘skills’.

Leuk kleinschalig hotel. Perfecte ligging, metro op loopafstand.

Aber alles in allem, prima.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, top Design. Super bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Die Lage war insofern nicht so erquickend, weil einerseits nicht viel los war rundherum und das Zimmer strassenseitig, im Erdgeschoss, doch recht laut war.

Modern antik im Herzen der Hauptstadt
Pros:

Die Ausstattung rangiert zwischen antik/klassisch und modern und ergibt einen eigenen Style - alles ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Besondere Erwähnung bekommt das Frühstück, das nicht mit buffetähnlichem Überfluss, sondern mit schmackhafter Zurückhaltung punktet - zu jeder Zeit konnte natürlich nachgeordert werden, so dass wir ausreichend gestärkt Berlin erkunden konnten. Dieses wurde auch durch die äußerst gute Lage im Herzen der Hauptstadt begünstigt, alles ist durch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel einfach zu erreichen.
Für das Ausruhen und wieder Energie tanken zwischen den Erkundungen / Ausflügen hervorragend geeignet.

Fijne accommodatie
Pros:

Sfeervolle accommodatie, mooie kamer met goed bed en goede douche. Heerlijk ontbijt.
Supervriendelijk personeel dat ook leuke tips heeft gegeven voor ons verblijf in Berlijn.
Het hotel is ook goed gelegen , dichtbij een metrohalte en ook lopend is eea prima te bereiken.

Great authentic hotel
Pros:

Really nice boutique hotel right near Friedrichstrasse, 10 mins walk from Checkpoint Charlie and 3 mins from the Hallesches Tor station.

The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was nice, rooms are clean and I really enjoyed the unique atmosphere (the hotel is located in the ground floor of an apartment building - it adds to the sense of authenticity of this place).
