チェックアウトの女性の対応と笑顔で救われた。
Pros:

お部屋＆アメニティ＆ベッドや枕＆シェフ＆朝食＆チェックアウトの受付女性の対応態度は、とても良かった。

Cons:

チェックイン受付男女スタッフが最悪で、いらっしゃいの一言もなかった。態度も事務的でトゲが会って、感じが悪く、可愛気が無かった。

Pros:

建物は新しく清潔感もあり良かった

Cons:

1.チェックインした際、客室に行くためのエレベーターの場所を案内して欲しかった。
2.客室にテレビのリモコンがなかったので、フロントに電話したが他の場所に置いてあるので持って行きますと言われ持って来てくれたが、「申し訳ない」の一言が欲しかった。
3.客室のユニットバスのシャワーカーテンの浴槽側がカビだらけで気持ち悪かった。帰りにフロントに伝えたが清掃する時間が取れないと言われた。
