Dreadful Löwen!
Pros:

Nothing other than the location.

Cons:

There was no fan or cooling facility. Had to open windows to sleep which caused flies to invade the room. Curtains in windows did not provide any privacy as passers-by could see through into the room. Curtains barely covered the windows. Bathroom sink was blocked as the plug was stuck. Had to brush teeth using the toilet all through stay. Charged CHF 20 extra for old worn out sub standard towels which were supposed to be for 2 guests. Bedsheets were very tired looking and unironed. The fridge looked like a toy. Reception was in a separate building and unmanned during working hours. Later found out via the email notice from the hotel that rooms only get cleaned once a week! The whole entrance to the rooms was dark, dingy and had a stale smell. All of this information should be on the hotel description pre-booking.

Für 1 Nacht ohne Ansprüche ganz ok.
Pros:

Der Check-in mit Schlüssel-Safe hat problemlos geklappt. Sehr freundliche Hilfe des Restaurant-Personals erhalten, da es für 2 Personen nur 1 Kissen, 1 Decke und 1 Badetuch hatte. Das Zimmer war sauber und für eine Nacht ganz ok. Es ist halt kein Ferien Hotel. Wir haben hier übernachtet, weil wir nach einem Geburtstag nicht nach Hause fahren wollten. Dafür ist es bestens geeignet.

Cons:

Der Preis erscheint rel. hoch, aber es hat halt nicht so viele Übernachtungsmöhlichkeiten in der Region...

Kein Personal, per Telefon erreicht man jemanden in Deutschland, antworten auf Booking nicht auf die Nachrichten, keine Einzige Steckdose verfügbar, ich musste das Licht abstecken, WLAN ist nicht angeschrieben, Wasserdruck ist sehr schlecht, die Lampe beim Bett pickt,….

Pros:

Right in the old centre of Mellingen, It looks like the room had an air conditioning unit although I did not try it at this time of year.

Cons:

The WiFi was very poor to unusable in room 112, too far from the router through too many walls. Currently they only have 3 rooms available due to renovation, but this meant you had to book Breakfast and as a business traveller 8:30 was way too late.

Nicht mehr, als man braucht.
Pros:

Einfach eine Übernachtung, Samstag Abend nach einem Fest. Vorauskasse. Das Zimmer warm, sauber, das Bett gut. Keine Bedienung, kein Frühstück.
