Die Anlage ist sehr schön,hat riesen Potenzial was aber leider an vielen Orten nicht genutzt wird.
Das Riff ist schön.

Cons:

Leider wird die Sauberkeit in diversen Bereichen nicht sehr beachtet.
Zum Spa:
Er ist superschön ,gross ,selten so einen schönen Spa gesehen. Beim Rundgang wusste ich dass ich dort nichts buchen werde.Der Pool um Außenbereich was so sehr verschmutzt,die Poolplatten auf der Liegefläche sind ausgebrochen und der Boden war teilweise mit einem gelben Belag versehen,dort wurde selten geputzt.Um Innenberreich das selbe.Sehr schade,das Personal war ständig am Handy.
Fitness:
Sehr gut ausgestattet
Mein Mann war in den 2 Wochen jeden 2 Tag trainieren,am Boden waren bis zu Schluss unsres Aufenthaltes an diversen Stellen ,gut sichtbar immer der gleiche Schmutz also wurde auch nicht gut gereinigt.
Restaurant:
Das Buffet war für uns sehr eintönig.
Die Stühle und Tische sehr schmutzig.
Das Personal(nicht alle)waren unmotiviert.
Die 2 Themenrestaurant waren dafür sehr gut,wie auch das Personal.Die Reservation war aber sehr schwierig da zu den angegebenen Zeiten für die Reservation fast nie wer anwesend war
Viele Getränke konnte man mit einem Aufpreis erwerben und das zu einem stolzen Preis,Orangensaft Fruchtsaft.... .
Zimmer:
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer Swimup.
Unser Reinigungsmann hat seine Arbeit top gemacht.
Zimmerausstattung war gut nur die Minibar.2 Flaschen Wassee das wars,man kann aber überteuert an einem Kiost was kaufen.Für ein 5 Stern (4 Ägypten)l sehr schlecht.

Wir buchen in Ägypten immer diese Kategorie
Viel zuwenig Wasser,es ist keine Zirkulation,verschmutzt unglaublich.Der Poolboy hat 6 Swimups in 5 Minuten gereinigt.Wir und unsre Zimmernachbarn haben mehrmals reklamiert erst am 3 Tag aben sie ein bißchen aufgefüllt und dann wurden die Pumpen wieder ausgeschaltet wo die Frischwasserzufur reinkommt.Es wurde uns auch gesagt wir können in die grossen Pools,naja.
Unsre Vermutung ist dass sie Wasser sparen müssen.
Bei Eingang vom Hotel gab es 3 grosse Springbru nen die auch leer und voller Laub und Schmutz waren.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The managers were very professional, respectful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
And thankfully upgrade our rooms to meet our needs

The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the team truly made me feel valued as a guest. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

The rooms are very clean and comfartable

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

Cons:

I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The air conditioning in the lobby could be stronger, especially during the hotter hours of the day. Also, I found it a bit inconvenient that drinks served at the bar had to be consumed there and couldn't be taken to other areas of the resort. Allowing guests to enjoy their drinks around the property would make the experience even better.

Despite these minor points, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality.

Le cadre est très bien ! Snorkelling exceptionnel !
Pros:

Cuisine très bonne et de qualité. L’emplacement idéal pour se ressourcer.

Cons:

On aurait aimé un peu plus de local lié à la culture égyptienne :)

Чудесное красное море,отличный дайв клуб,к уборщикам номеров и кухне тоже никаких претензий

Все хорошее ,я бы даже сказал прекрасное отношение со стороны персонала перечеркнулось в момент отъезда,попробую разъяснить,обычно когда по букингу сдаешь номер приезжают его принимать,так было и в этот раз,но когда в других отелях принимают номер обычно сразу приезжают на клуб каре все осматривают,а затем уезжают вместе с тобой,но в сатане случилось по другому,приехал сотрудник отеля посмотрел номер,сказал что все хорошо и ушел. На мой вопрос ждать ли мне машину сказал ,что да сейчас за вами приедут,через некоторое время за мной приехали подвезли к такси которое я заказал,я отдал багаж водителю и пошел на рецепшен,чтоб сдать карты от комнаты и полотенца…и тут на рецепшене мне заявляют ,что якобы отсутствует одно из полотенец в номере…то есть получается так что я украл полотенце пока после осмотра комнаты остался один).я заявил что если хотите можете проверить мой багаж…к счастью у работника рецепшена хватило ума не доводить до этого,но сам факт что может случиться такое говорит само за себя,кто то явно хотел подвести меня под дополнительный платеж,поэтому работникам отеля необходимо -во первых сразу при заселении доводить сколько и чего должно быть в номере,второе сдача номера должна проходить один и единственный раз,то есть после сдачи номера гость должен покидать номер совместно с персоналом,если персонал допускает что гость может позариться на полотенце которым до него вытиралось тысяча людей……заметьте это было не пляжное полотенце,которое действительно может затеряться по вине гостя,а полотенце из номера,а это полотенце может очутиться либо. в багаже гостя либо украдено самим персоналом,и если это полотенце так дорого отелю то еще раз,после проверки номера гость должен удалиться из номера вместе с проверяющим

Ottima struttura, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale, servizio impeccabile. Il cibo è buono e abbastanza vario. Posizione ottima, la barriera è molto bella meglio anche di quella vista in alcune escursioni.

Cons:

L’animazione serale era misera, non per colpa dei ragazzi, ci vorrebbe un intrattenimento migliore almeno fino a mezzanotte, più coinvolgente. Anche più pubblicizzato.

Pros:

It was a very nice vacation. The stay was exceptional. 👌

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with the housekeeping service. After replacing the used towels, they forgot to provide fresh ones, and we had to ask three times before they were delivered. We also requested a loofah and an iron, which were not initially available. However, all requested items were delivered within 1–2 hours.
