Замечательное расположение. Очень тихо, и при этом центр города.
Pros:

Расположение отличное, в самом центре. При этом за счет того, что апартаменты находятся во внутреннем дворе, было очень тихо. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Матрасы и подушки просто идеальные.

Cons:

В номере 105 во время сильнейшего ливня с потолка начала бежать вода. Хорошо, что дождь быстро закончился и не пришлось всю ночь вытирать воду. Владельцам желательно выяснить причину и разобраться с этим.

Apartment was really comfortable. Excellent location about 3-5 minutes walk to Liberty Square and Rustaveli Avenue. Really comfortable bed (large King at the top and double sofa bed at the bottom). Kitchen came well equipped. Quiet location too - no road noise or noise from the surrounding area could be heard from the apartment. Really lovely shower and bathroom. The staff were really responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Some beginning signs of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom (not major though).
The apartment could do with a few more coat hangers.
