Great hotel especially for the price
Pros:

Lovely staff very accomodating, great area walking distances to a lot of places, beds are comfortable and the rooms are modern and clean.

Cons:

They could provide more water, you only get 2 really small per day and one of the days I didn’t even get any.

Pros:

Buona posizione, struttura carina con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera era molto pulita, gli asciugamani un po’ meno. Wi-Fi decente, a volte instabile. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo in camera c’era un po’ di puzza di umidità.

Pros:

Location was good, only walking distance from the restaurants and bigger supermarket Bingtang. Big room with a nice shower and a big balcony. Pool looked big but there was no use for me in the rainy season. Staff was really helpfull and nice.

Cons:

No fridge in the room and no bottle refills for water.

Very good hotel but falls short on their environmental responsibilities.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good pool, clean and comfortable rooms that are well appointed. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there still is not a gallon water dispenser available for guests to fill their reusable water bottles so that you don’t have to filter tap water to prevent the extreme plastic pollution from single-use, poisonous, plastic water bottles. In this era, any service provider who is not actively rejecting plastic water bottles and other plastic use, is behaving very poorly.
I also was disappointed that my towels were being changed, every day, when not needed or asked, although I was following the hotels policy of keeping the towels on the towel rail in order to minimise water use from unnecessary laundry, water use.

Le lit est confortable

Cons:

Je suis arrivé après 20 jours de visite de toute l’île. J’ai réservé 3 jours dans cet hôtel pour me reposer et, dès la première nuit, on me réveille le matin en toquant très fort à ma porte, uniquement pour me demander si je veux faire nettoyer ma chambre.

Disappointing
Cons:

Construction work taking place above bedroom waking me up in the morning. Was told by a staff member that it was taking place initially. I then asked another staff member if it was going to continue the next day and was told that there was no construction work. Was woken up again the next morning. Complained through booking.com and was told by the hotel that there was no construction work going on. Do not book here if you value your sleep and want to have a peaceful stay
