Хороший отель за свои деньги
Pros:

Отель расположен в стороне от центра, поэтому район достаточно тихий. Сами номера достойные, учитывая стоимость. Красивый вид из номера. Завтрак включенный в стоимость по системе шведский стол был довольно неплох, но однообразен. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Утром на пляже очень мало народу, чего не сказать про вечер.

Cons:

Из-за того, что отель расположен в стороне от центра, приходится далеко ходить до магазинов, рынков или приличных ресторанов. Не понравилось, что душевая не отделена от раковины и унитаза, из-за чего пол во всей ванной постоянно мокрый. Запрещено сушить вещи на балконе. Иногда уборка в номере не мыла полы. Постельное бельё и полотенца в печальном состоянии. На пляже, который ближе к пирсу, очень много мусора - трактор, который чистит пляж, просто туда не заезжает. Вечером пляж похож на Анапу из-за наплыва местных.

Отличный вид из окна, большой номер, замечательный пляж рядом.

Cons:

Не сильно чисто, уборка очень поверхностная, завтраки прямо очень скудные. Но ради вида и комфортного номера это можно пережить

Pros:

Vista stupenda, scooter a noleggio in loco, colazione abbondante a buffet. 5 min dal centro. 1 min. a piedil

Cons:

Onestamente la spiaggia è stile Rimini, preferisco spiagge senza turismo di massa. A favore vengono pulite ogni giorno a differenza di quelle libere, non pulite e con plastica ovunque. Dall'albergo a piedi in un minuto sei in spiaggia ma la zona non ha bar in compenso ci sono toilette e docce.

Good room + view, incompetent staff that took my deposit disregarding their own rules
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable and the view was very nice. Close to military naval academy so a little noisy with the trumpet. Swimming pool and gym are barely functional, just dont book for that.

Cons:

AC in the room is barely enough to cool it. On check out the staff at reception did not refund me the 500000 VND they took on check in. They said they did not take them. It is clearly stated on booking app that 500k VND is to be paid before checkin in cash and refunded in cash on chec out. Since they dont give a receipt for that and they refused to even read their own policies I had to leave without my refund. Hence the score for the experience.

Pros:

A notre arrivée nous avons eu la possibilité de choisir entre 2 chambres. Celle-ci était top : propre, spacieuse, incroyable vue sur la mer.
Bon petit-déjeuner. Piscine et salle de sport au dernier étage avec une belle vue.

Cons:

⚠️⚠️ Ne surtout pas utiliser la laundry !!
Notre linge est revenu plein de taches orange et de traits noirs qu’il n’y avait pas avant. Le problème est connu par les employés mais ils ne le disent pas et continuent de proposer ce service. (Pour régler le problème ils ont proposé d’emmener notre linge dans une autre laundry et 90% de notre linge a été récupéré).

La wifi ne marchait pas très bien.

Malheureusement, mon récent séjour à cet l'hôtel a été inadmissible et indigne d'un établissement 4 étoiles.
Je souhaite signaler plusieurs manquements graves :
• Hygiène et état de la chambre : À mon arrivée, les draps étaient tachés et troués. J'ai dû changer deux fois de chambre avant d'en trouver une "acceptable", mais les draps étaient encore troués.
• Défaut d'équipement de base : Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude pour me doucher jusqu'au lendemain soir du séjour.
• Pratiques commerciales abusives : L'établissement a exigé une commission de 3% pour le paiement par carte bancaire, frais qui n'étaient aucunement mentionnés dans ma confirmation de réservation Booking.
• Relation client : Le personnel et le manager ont été particulièrement froids et hautains. Malgré l'insalubrité constatée, le manager a refusé tout geste commercial lors de mon check-out.

Khách sạn lúc mình đến thì setup phòng nhanh chóng

Cons:

- Náy điều hoà không mát
- Phòng không hề có nước nóng. Đã báo với nhân viên nhưng không có kỹ thuật lên xử lý. Nhà kình đến nha trang trong ngày mưa nhưng phải tắm nước lạnh.

Giá rẻ , nằm nghỉ lưng cho qua đêm ok
Pros:

Giá tiền rẻ mà đã bao gồm bữa ăn sáng (mặc dù không ngon lắm nhưng thôi với giá này mình không đòi hỏi thêm), nằm ở trung tâm

Cons:

Với giá tiền này thì không đòi hỏi gì hơn tuy nhiên khách sạn có ít chỗ để xe ô tô, nếu đến trễ phải để ngoài đường. Mình là người kỹ tính nên đánh giá sự sạch sẽ không cao, phòng mình ở không có tủ lạnh. Mình ngủ phải bậc đèn sáng, tuy nhiên sáng ngủ dậy đèn không biết vì sao lại tắt.
