Nothing. Dirtiest most filthy room i have ever stayed in and $200 a night! Disgusting. Manager agreed to give 50% refund as he couldn't deny how filthy the room was. Hair in the freezer, filthy floors, dead bugs everywhere along with live spiders and mosquito's. Outside area a ghetto. Smelt so bad had to go get air freshener. Avoid.
Everything. Could be nice simple motel unit but neglected to slum standard. See photos. Caravan park in this little town looks nice.
Very convenient location and newer style accommodation
No hot water in the shower
Nothing, I should have slept in the car. The place had not been cleaned. Stains on bedsheets, Women’s hygiene packet on floor, body and pubic hair in shower cubicle.
They had a kettle but no toaster. No cutlery at all. The place was that putrid I checked out after 1 night but had paid for 2. I requested a partial refund but heard nothing back. The place is part of shell service station on the highway. Noise all night and felt like I was sleeping in the toilets of a dirty truck stop. Booking dot come should be ashamed to have this joint on their website. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there it was that disgusting.

Bugs in the bedding and through the draws. Wasn’t very clean at all. Water leaking from the fridge.
Wasn't aware there was a breakfast? Location was good and rooms were clean.
Wi-Fi continually dropping in and out, would have been good to have an information folder to explain facilities etc.
It was clean and not as noisy as I thought it might have been. The staff were fine, but i didn't really need to interact with them. The room was good

Property was great
For a fatigue pitstop on our journey it ticked all the boxes. The staff were expecting us as we we the last to check in for the night and were extremely nice and did not hold us up checking in any longer than they had to. Bed was freshly made and aircon was already running ensuring could just fall into bed without much fuss.
There are no door latches to hold the door open when getting back out and back into the car from the room. There was no secondary pillows for each person as the pillows provided were rather soft. That is all.
Location was good, attached cafe for a burger was convenient. Nice walk around the lake straight across the road was nice.
After a day's travel, you want and expect a hot shower. Not a drop of hot water, shower head was broken and had water squirting out the sides, (cleaners should have reported after last clean, as would of needed it to wash down shower.). Got up in the morning, ran the water for 5 mins hoping hot water would kick in. Again, not a drop of hot water. When checking out and mentioned it guy did offer a room to shower in but all packed and driving out.
Fire alarm was disabled by a packet of biscuits, should of been picked up in precheck to make it compliant. (Was on a high ceiling so hard to get at but they would of had tools to get it down, onsite)
It was at the servo. The employees were nice.
The floor looked like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. No cups for tea or coffee as every time you plugged the kettle in it blew the power circuit. Only one shower head worked.
Shattered window in room.
