Interesting place, but a mixed bag
Pros:

We stayed two nights, one full day. The hotel is located fairly conveniently off I-80, close to a trendy area for dining options. This hotel is 'tech-forward', I suppose. The vibe is modern, trendy. Our room's layout was non-traditional, as were the furnishings and decor, although it was pleasant and interesting, The good: A walk-in shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. Decor was original and interesting. A good light blocking curtain. Large, lighted mirror. Room was quiet except for significant noise of toilet flushing from next room. They prepare coffee in a space off the entrance in the morning. The bad: the desk clerk when we checked in displayed obvious disinterest. We had to ask for a second key card. No one told us that there is a switch inside the door that controls outlets and light on either side of the bed. After we figured that out, the light turned on, but the outlets still didn't work. Towels were stingy. They didn't do maid service next day. We had to ask for fresh towels, which were cheerfully delivered. Towel quality is about like Motel 6. The toilet paper seems to be some odd, thin, fragile organic concoction.

It was a place to sleep.
Cons:

Water pressure for showers was non existent. Room was a bit smaller than photos implied. Parts of the place looked a little tired and worn.

Fun sleek modern hotel conveniently located!
Pros:

Love this modern sleek hotel with creative design and spacious comfort! We had a booth style table in room that was comfortable to sit at even for my 6'1" husband!! The lobby had great seating, bar and games. The location was fantastic to walk to tasty trendy restaurants and bakeries nearby. We LOVED our stay as it was also close to hospital and centrally located with a short drive to the Market downtown. Highly recommend!! The price point was fair. We loved eating at Saffron and the deli close by had a fair breakfast sandwich. Check out the Kitchen Table for farm to table breakfast near the Market downtown!

Decent
Cons:

The shower was poorly designed. The whole bathroom flooded when taking a shower because the trim didn’t keep the water in shower part. And the shower head wouldn’t sit in the holder right so we had to hold the shower head the whole time. Also, the lamps didn’t work by the bed.

Good value for money, comfortable bed
Pros:

Extremely comfortable and cozy bed.

Cons:

The tap was loose; there was hair in the shower; the person contacting the booking message was very unresponsive (up to 4 weeks reply time); TV functionalities like Bluetooth connection to device or Netflix did not work

We had other hotel options but tried this one because of the Marriot connection.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Big television. A small refrigerator that had a quick cool option.

Cons:

The small, curved corner couch and table were uncomfortable to use. Requested an iron and ironing board plus extra towels our first night. The lobby staff weren't too excited to go get them. They didn't have to take them to the room as I carried them up. The 2nd evening I asked the lobby staff if we could get 2 more towels brought up to our room as we were leaving for dinner. They were never brought to our room. I finally caught the cleaning person on the morning of our 4th day and got towels from her. We never requested our room be cleaned but expected clean towels to be provided. Seemed like there was always adequate staff at the front desk to make our simple requests happen.

Convenient but average
Pros:

The location was very convenient and the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Pool opened too late in the morning to enjoy. Breakfast was too late on the weekend to enjoy. We are early risers. Bed was too soft. Internet for the TV didn't work for most of the stay.
