Pros:

Завтрак был богатым и вкусным. Персонал в ресторане приветлив и сердечен. К сожалению, сливочное масло с порционных упаковках было несвежим и пахло. Несмотря на то, что срок годности на упаковках был соблюден, вероятно что масло какое - то время хранилось не в холодильнике.
О работе Rezeption пару слов. Я не могла купить железнодорожный билет онлайн, потому что на их сайте были проблемы. Я обратилась на Rezeption. Там было несколько персон. Но помочь мне вызвался только господин Emil Rahimzade. Он мог бы отмахнуться и сказать, что железнодорожный сайт сейчас имеет проблемы. Но нет, он около 40 минут настойчиво пытался открыть зайт, после чего заказал мне билет онлайн. Я была ему благодарна!

Cons:

Я прилетела ночью и планировала на следующий день выспаться хорошо в своей комнате. Однако меня разбудили крики горничных на этаже. Они, вероятно, уже приступили к своей работе по уборке комнат, двери этих комнат были открыты и ваши работницы, перебивая шум их пылесосов, громко перекрикивались друг с другом, вероятно делились новостями. Я так поняла, что их не волновало, что гости еще спят. Еще они что - то постоянно кидали об пол, в корридоре стоял грохот. Сознание, что я не могу спать подольше, как планировала, испортило мне настроение на весь день. Мне пришлось встать. Я позавтракала и пошла гулять в город.

Очень понравился отель, персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда готово подсказать и оказать помощь. Завтраки очень вкусные, все свежее, официанты очень вежливые. Благодарю Вас за помощь с картиной и за вкуснейший чай. Обязательно вернусь!

The ideal non brand hotel with Azerbaijani character for a Baku weekend break.
Pros:

The location was excellent, a short walk from both the Seaside Boulevard and the main railway station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Particularly, Rustan and Nihad on the front desk also Emil, the manager. The bar terrace was a good place for a drink. I liked the old Baku photos around the dining room.

Cons:

Nothing, it was the ideal hotel for my stay.
