Nowoczesny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji przy dworcu kolejowym i przystankach komunikacji miejskiej oraz w pobliżu sklepów, Belwederu i ogrodu botanicznego, konsekwentnie nawiązujący do stylizacji księżycowej z pozytywnym skutkiem. Bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania wegetariańskie (proponowano też wędliny). Rezygnując z codziennego sprzątania, otrzymuje się voucher na napoje w barze na parterze. Apartament na 9. piętrze, przestronny i stylowo urządzony, z osobną łazienką i toaletą oraz widokiem na niebo i Quartier Belvedere. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki. Polecam :)

Oczekiwania były duże, jednak bardzo się zawiedliśmy. Przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu na pewno poszukamy innego hotelu.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, projekt wnętrz, wygodne łóżko. Duża wygodna kabina prysznicowa. Rooftop bar.

Cons:

Wykładzina w pokoju bardzo zabrudzona, brudna deska toaletowa, brudne szklanki.
Śniadania mało zróżnicowane, brak świeżych produktów, jadalnia ciasna i niewygodna. Dostępne opcje wegetariańskie, jedyne co to można poprosić personel (!) o talerzyk wędlin.

Friendly staff, nice rooms and a great location.
Pros:

We received drink vouchers for every day we didn't need room service. This was a nice and rewarding way to save up resources for the hotel. You could choose for alcoholic or soda beverages.

Pros:

The location is really good. Close to both the train station and the city center. The room was clean and modern.

Cons:

After staying in many 4-star hotels in different countries and cities, this was the first time I had to pay just to have my luggage kept for a few hours after checking out, which was shocking. And the lobby is too small. It barely has 1 sofa.
