Pros:

Camere essenziali ma eleganti, tutto il necessario per la doccia (prodotti molto buoni), colazione vegetariana eccellente, ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato.

Cons:

Piccola pecca, il Chromecast del televisore non funzionava bene e continuava a disconnettersi.

Location, reception staff’s friendliness, comfort, lobby bar.

Cons:

Carpets, the floors and the inside of the elevators were extremely dirty. Room wasn’t ready at check-in time, although our great receptionist handled that very well. We didn’t like that we weren’t able to open a window for fresh air. Roof bar was super windy and unusable as it is. (Could have been wind covers of some sort.

Hotel très bien placé (proximité de la Gare centrale Hauptbahnof) et très confortable.
Pros:

La vue depuis les chambres "Upper Room" est juste magnifique. Je craignais qu'il fasse trop chaud sous les toits mais il n'en était rien. Et c'était également très silencieux (aucun bruit de circulation, juste l'horloge de l'église en face qui sonne à 7h et 19h mais ce n'est pas gênant du tout).
Très bon accuueil par le personnel (bien que personne ne parle le français).

Cons:

Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner sont très décevantes ......

Tren garına çok yakın, konforlu, odanın atmosferi güzel. Check-in ve Check-out işlemlerini resepsiyon görevlisine ihtiyaç duymadan makinelerden kendiniz yapabiliyorsunuz. Otel yakınında Ulaşım açısından her türlü araç var.

Cons:

Otel odasına bırakılmış ütü bence yetersizdi daha güçlü bir ütü olmasını dilerdim ama çok da önemli değildi idare ettim. Bunun haricinde her şey güzeldi, teşekkür ederim.
