Bien situé pour découvrir les alentours du volcan Arenal
Pros:

Très grande chambre, possibilité de se faire du café, restaurant de qualité, personnel très sympa que ce soit le guide Armando ou le serveur.
Observation des oiseaux depuis les terrasses, à défaut de voir le volcan qui est resté dans les nuages pendant notre séjour!

Pros:

Hotel staff was very communicative even before we arrived. Hotel staff had proper activities and companies they worked with. Everything was so smooth. We appreciated it but we appreciated even more when we experienced diff hotel in diff city after leaving this one.We extended our stay by one more night too. Neighborhood was very safe for 2 females. We felt safe walking at night too

Great location and good value, they upgraded our room when we had to change rooms and we hugely appreciated having a double bed each thank you!! The swimming pool was lovely and fresh and you felt like you were right in the rainforest.

Tolle Aussicht beim Frühstück und viele Tiere in der Nähe.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Auch wenn wir wegen dem Regen , den Vulkan nicht sehen konnten. Man ist einfach direkt im Grünen.

Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Sloth-Tour mit Amando war super. Amando kam bereits den Abend vorher bei unserem Zimmer vorbei und hat uns ein paar Frösche gezeigt. Diese Tour würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Es ist einfach schwierig die Zimmer und Kleidung während der Regenzeit trocken zu halten.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious (had a fridge and coffee machine). The bed was comfortable. From the restaurant you have a really nice view of the volcano. And around the property you can spot a lot of wildlife (red frogs, humming birds, ...).

Our room was very spacious.
The breakfast area and also the rooms are perfectly located with views on the own forest with lots of different birds, frogs and mammals, but also on the nearby grasland with cow herds and of course the spectacular view on the volcano Arenal.
The hotel is located at the edge of the town, so it is very calm, but the downtown area with restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and helpful to arrange tours.

המיקום היה ממש מעולה קרוב למרכז העינינים
הדירה שלנו הייתה נוחה והחלוקה טובה
ניקו בכל יום את החדר והחליפו מגבות
המקום היה שקט וישנו טוב
הייו במלון המון פינות חמד לצפות בחיות וזה ביב ממש כיף
לקחנו דרך המלון את רוב האטרקציות שהיו יותר זולות מאשר באתרים של האטרקציות אז זה היה מאוד נוח
הצוות במלון היו מאוד מאוד נחמדים
הבריכה היתה כיפית עם הרבה פינות יפות לשבת ולהנות מהג'ונגל.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת מאוד נהנינו
בלילה הראשון ישנו בדירה בקומה התחצונה שהייתה פחות טובה מהדירה בקומה השנייה

המקלחת מאוד ישנה עם עובשים ולא נעימה.
אבל זה הסטנדרט בקוסטה ריקה.
בכללי המגבות היו מאוד ישנות ולא נעימות
הפריע לנו שבדירה ל6 אנשים יש שירותים ומקלחת אחת שהכניסה אליה ביא מהמיטבח.
אבל את התנאים האלו ידענו עוד כשהזמנו.ולכן המלון מקבל מאיתנו ציון 10
