Der name 4 Star passt sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück, sauber, Essen bestellen aufs Zimmer möglich, Pool (klein) auf Etage 6.
Vorort verlängern war auch kein Problem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist zwar gut, aber könnte mehr Auswahl für Europäer haben. Es gibt Toastbrot und Croissants aber nur 3 sehr süße Marmeladen. Es könnte Nutella oder Käse angeboten werden.

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom cleanliness was really subpar—the water flow was very weak. The air conditioning was also awful, making a loud noise, probably because the facilities are really old. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations at all.

Tempat nyman dan dekat dengan pusat perkantoran, dimana kami sedang ada urusan di areal kota ini jadi lokasi sangat strategies. Staf restaurant friendly and helpful. Breakfast memuaskan, banyak pilihan.

Cons:

Hanya sedikit gangguan di malam hari ada pekerja yang kerja terlalu larut malam, entah itu tukang yang sedang melakukan perbaikan di salah satu kamar atas tempat kami menginap sehingga mengganggu malam pertama menginap. syukurnya malam kedua tidak terulang.

The staff here will make you feel like home specially Bli Fajar and Mrs Widya .. they never rejected any request no matter how silly my requests get .. loved them and loved the vibes .. made the trip worthy for me .. thanks guys.

Niet echt ons ding, behalve dat personeels vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn

Na aantal dagen te verbleven hebben, hebben we ontdekt dat de straat achter het hotel teveel om te bezichtigen zijn zoals winkels, eetgelegenheden, supermarkten,… vriendelijke personeels en vooral Padek de beveiliger van het hotel is een zeer aangename persoon. We hebben gepraat en gelachen voor het hotel!!! Hij raadde ons een aantal Balinese lekkernijen aan, dat dichtbij het hotel ligt. Ze maken dagelijks je kamer proper, spijtig dat ze de lakens niet verschonen, de handdoeken worden verwisseld. Vraag je een proper handdoek en je krijgt onmiddellijk ook bij de zwembad!
Grab mag aan de lobby je komen ophalen! Dichtbij is een wasserette zeer goedkoop: wassen, drogen en strijken, 9000rp/kg en ondergoeden 3000rp/stuk.

Cons:

De voorkant van het hotel is wauw, maar het gebouw heeft een opknap beurt nodig. De kranen van de douche als de lavabo zijn verkalkt, roestvlekken aan de zeephouder in de douche, badkamer is niet aan de orde. Mijn kinderen hun kamer is de waterput verstopt bij douchen, nieuw kamer gevraagd en gekregen! Vuile vlekken op de muren, gordijnen en de vloeren zijn versleten. Het irritante geluid van de lift bij gebruik en de muren zijn te dun, luidruchtige hotelgasten. Te drukke baan!! Ontbijt mag meer gevarieerd zijn, voor Indonesische gasten is het meerkeuze! Geen varken spek te verkrijgen enkel Halal, dit is een klein minpunt?! Best in brochure te melden dat het Halal ontbijtbuffet is!
