Pros:

Location was excellent. It felt like a vacation even though it was a staycation

Cons:

Breakfast management was bad and the floor staff were unresponsive with fake smiles only. Messed up my orders. Manager totally forgot my request and was busy greetings other Guests which was also with a fake smile.
Swimming pool etiquette was poor but staff were helpless and not to be blamed. Fellow guests were lacking this. Dinner was over pricy . Gym was good.

الاستقبال كان رائعًا، الغرفة كانت واسعة بإطلالة جميلة على البحر ، بالإضافة إلى وجود جاكوزي داخل الغرفة.
الغرفة تحتوي على معظم الخدمات، المشكلة الوحيدة كانت في رائحة الرطوبة في الأثاث و السجاد بسبب قرب المكان من البحر وقلة التهوية، ولكن تم التعامل مع الأمر مباشرة بعد التواصل معهم، وقاموا بالإجراءات اللازمة(مهم لمن لديهم حساسية الأنف او الصدر )

الفندق يتميز بتصميم ضخم لكن كمنتجع ينقصه وجود مساحات خضراء واسعة؛ فهي موجودة ولكن ليست بذلك الاتساع الكبير.

الفطور رائع جدًا، وكذلك العشاء كان ممتازًا جدًا، حيث توجد وجبات هندية، ووجبات صينية، وأصناف أخرى متنوعة، وكثير منها تقدم عبر محطات طهي حية.

ويمكنك أيضًا طلب المشروبات والخبز الساخن مجانا..

إجراءات الاستقبال وتسجيل الدخول والخروج كانت سهلة جدًا وميسرة، و الموظفين جدا بشوشين و خدومين.

Wir sind seit 2023 bereits fünfmal im The Leela Palace gewesen und haben das Hotel sehr gut +++++
Pros:

„Zimmer, Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut, und es gibt viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten.“

Cons:

Wir wollten Fotos machen und hatten dafür bereits die Genehmigung vom Empfang erhalten. Als wir draußen fotografieren wollten, sagten die Mitarbeiter vom The Leela Palace jedoch, dass nur Fotos mit dem Handy erlaubt seien und nicht mit einer Kamera bzw. für Bildaufnahmen mit Fotoapparat.

Ich verstehe den Unterschied zwischen Handyfotos und Kamerafotos nicht. Außerdem ist es doch indirekt auch eine gute Werbung für das Hotel, wenn Gäste ihre Bilder auf Instagram oder Facebook veröffentlichen. Das scheint dort leider niemand zu verstehen.

Ich bitte darum, dass im The Leela Palace alle Mitarbeiter die gleichen Regeln kennen und einhalten. Am Empfang wurde uns gesagt, dass wir Fotos machen dürfen, draußen hieß es dann plötzlich, dass Fotos mit einer Kamera nicht erlaubt seien.

Diese Situation hat mich sehr geärgert.

Exceeded expectations. The hospitality and service was truly worth it.
Pros:

Luxury stay in every sense. Beautiful property and very luxurious throughout, while still feeling warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was excellent with live stations, plenty of hot food, and great cold options. The restaurants also served really good food for both lunch and dinner. Great location, very close to central Chennai.
Library Blue Bar had a lively atmosphere and was a great spot in the evening. The spa treatments were incredible and definitely worth experiencing. What made the stay even better was the amazing staff, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Would absolutely stay again.

Un hôtel comme le Lila Palace a le devoir de protéger et promouvoir la diversité linguistique de l’Inde.
Nous somme dans le Tamil Nadu, je ne comprends pas pourquoi le personnel a l’obligation de dire « Namaste » au lieu de « Vanakum ».
