В Шымкенте мы были транзитом из Шанхая в Москву. Отоспаться после перелета был выбран этот отель. В отеле все понравилось. В номере чисто, комфортно, белье все белоснежное, наличие чайника, питьевой воды в бутылках, чайные пакетики, фен, в общем все то, что необходимо в номере. Кровать удобная, если спина больная, то самое то. Подушки мягкие. Про телевизор ничего не скажу, так как проспали все время.
Девушки на ресепшене очень милые, вежливые. Девушка, которая принесла нам дополнительный комплект белья (полотенца, халат) обходительная.
Также запрос на услугу "ранний завтрак" был выполнен на отлично. Нам в 4 часа утра собрали контейнеры с едой. Повару благодарность!
