Cons:

Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die war aber zentral abgestellt. Es war sehr warm und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzukühlen und nachts kaum möglich zu schlafen. Ich habe dem Service geschrieben aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu belüften oder runterzukühlen. Da die Balkone keine Abtrennung haben und alle Zimmer der Etage verbinden, konnte man die Türe nachts auch nicht auf lassen. Das Zimmer, vor allem das Bad, war dreckig und jedes Mal wenn man das Zimmer betreten hat, hat es unangenehm gerochen.

Pros:

I stayed in the studio and it had everything I needed for four days - would be good for a longer stay too. The bed is super comfy, shower was lovely. The kitchenette was functional, even had a little dishwasher which was very cute.

I didn't use the common area but it had a lovely outdoor area.

Cons:

Not a huge deal - but as I am very short, I wasn't able to reach any of the plates/pots/pans above the oven. I've stayed in other apartments where they leave a little step stool with the cleaning supplies. Reception did offer me a more construction type stool but I was able to ask a friend to take down some bits.

Great stay near Mehringdamm U
Pros:

Lovely and quiet location. Close to the U-bahn, but in a very quiet location. Comfortable room with a small balcony to enjoy fresh air. Nice staff.
