Just Fine
Pros:

Overall ok but not great. Lobby and location are great, and their little necessities store is super convenient. The room was pretty small but also pretty clean, the only thing I noticed was some unsightly splattered stain on the curtain but I do have high cleanliness standards. We landed early and requested early check-in which they wouldn't do over the phone, but they did have a room ready for us when we got there in person. One thing to note is an employee told us there is construction next door that is a roughly 5 year project, and if you need a room with 2 beds you will be facing that construction. I heard it throughout the day but it wasn't anything crazy. During our stay we needed something to stay frozen, and while staff did accommodate by taking our items to their freezer, our items weren't actually frozen when we got back so it doesn't seem like the temperature is right - something to keep in mind if you are traveling w/something that requires freezing. Additionally, on the first night we called the front desk for 2 extra blankets and were told they'd be right up. After 30 minutes with no blankets, we phoned again, but this time nobody answered the phone. We went to the front desk and they told us housekeeping would be right up. We expressed concern given that we had already been told that and then waited 30 min and asked if they could get us the blankets and bring them to the desk right then, and they would not. Housekeeping did eventually get up to our room, but we were only delivered 1 blanket. So overall the hotel was just fine but I wasn't overly impressed for the price. The towels were pretty thin and scratchy to us so it was little stuff like that but I think for the extra $50 or $100 I'd book at the Omni next time.

Fabulous top to bottom!
Pros:

We had a fantastic experience at theAustin Marriott downtown! We could see Ladybird Lake from our hotel window as well as a beautiful view of downtown Austin. We took a long walk along the incredible paths along Ladybird and were amazed at how many walkers/runners/bikers were out on a Thursday morning. It’s no wonder though, because the path is gorgeous.
The hotel itself had vibrant bars, and the restaurant, Corinne had fantastic appetizers and drinks and a super friendly wait staff. The manager came by to make sure we were doing well and then engaged in a friendly conversation.
The pool is gorgeous! There are lounge chairs in a shallow area of the pool where you can sit slightly immersed, which is fabulous given the summers in Austin. The pool sits alongside Zanzibar, which is a very trendy and comfortable bar on the seventh floor. That said, we felt the pool provided plenty of privacy.
This hotel has an M lounge. We happen to be platinum members, so we took full advantage of their delicious appetizers in the late afternoon/evening. We also were thrilled with the quality of the full and hot breakfast. Billy, the chef is gifted. We especially liked the service and attention that Prime gave us. He was ready to help us or bring us what we might want, and seemed genuinely happy to be a server at the M lounge.
There were tons of good options for other restaurants walking distance from the hotel. We conversed with some people who were there to see Ariana Grande’s performance. The city seemed approachable, friendly, safe, and proud of their heritage.
Oh – and the rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean.

Enjoy guys for constriction view hotel should of give 50% discount for this view and sound
Pros:

🚫🚫We never come back this hotel again it don’t deserve for price, if you guys book queen beds you will heard all day long congratulations nosing so loud 6 am to 7 pm not cityveiwe construction view room has no fridge and small room than average, pool was dirty 3 days never cleaned seem garbage dirty water and also kids pool not dip , I requested before I arrived high floors no respond I asked again when get lobby politely she said no we can’t rude answer not even try to look help that night I texted hotel chat hey change my room so loud I’m not paying here watch construction and listen no respond till morning . Moring we couldn’t sleep started 6 am construction

Cons:

Finally I come down morning call manager we argued for hour she come down being rude and she wasn’t happy to see me at all ,They changed my room the other side 27 th floor for next two nights
