Der Aufenthalt in Merak Village war wunderbar. Die Anlage ist wunderschön im Grünen, toller Pool, tolles Zimmer und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das war der beste Hotelaufenthalt, den wir je hatten. Das Personal hat den Aufenthalt sehr persönlich und zuvorkommend gestaltet, es blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt.

The setting was beautiful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. A pure jungle oasis.

The best hotel in Bali, very beautiful rooms with flowers decorations. Relaxing pool, very tasty restaurant. Will be coming back whenever coming to Ubud.

Staff were absolutely incredible. Really welcoming and friendly. Afternoon tea was lovely touch - and our rooms were comfortable and clean! The hotel is also over a small river, which charming!
We loved the cats too :)

This is not a hotel, this is more, it feels like a family hotel, the staff is amazing, the people are careful, respectful and always greeting and smiling. This is what i came for. The hotel itself is well placed, with a Pool that you can enjoy while glistening to the natural river passing by under the pool. The room was comfortable with all our needs. We spent all the time outside the hotel as we are visiting Ubud and the nearby. I like the people, i like their presence and kidness. Thanks to Dewa who was always asking and taking care of us. Beautiful hotel, beautiful country, and beautiful people.

Cadre spectaculaire, tout était parfait. La chambre est joliment décorée et très spacieuse. Le lit était immense, on a vraiment bien dormi. On a adoré avoir notre terrasse privée pour y déguster le verre de bienvenue.
Ils organisent des activités et le staff est exceptionnel, très souriant et agréable, ils font tout pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et très varié. On a également mangé là bas plusieurs fois et on n'a pas été déçues une seule seconde.

Personnel hyper accueillant, petit déjeuner très bon, l’arrivée plein de petites attention, la piscine et les lits super confortables. Location en direct avec l’hôtel pour le scooter.

Endroit exceptionnel, tout était parfait ! Le staff était d’une extrême gentillesse, compétent mettant tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit parfait. La chambre parfaite, lit très confortable. Très belle piscine, d’une belle taille pour ne rien gâcher. Allez manger au restaurant ! Excellent ! Bravo au chef

The serenity and the staff are amazing. They remembered me from staying the previous time. The bed was super comfortable and I love the pool.

El hotel esta dentro de un jardin tropical. Muy bonito y espectacular. La piscina es muy agradable. La habitacion muy confortable. La comida del restaurant excelente y barato. El masaje tailandes muy agradable. El personal, superamable. Nota importante: tuvimos que regresar a casa urgentemente por ingreso en hospital de un familiar. Teniamos reserva de una semana más en el hotel y la anulamos sin poner ningun problema. Es de agradecer.
