I would not recommend this place at all

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations associated with the hotel’s pricing and reputation.

The overall cleanliness of the property was below the standard we expected. During our stay, we noticed mice on multiple occasions, as well as spiders and spider webs in various areas of the hotel.

A particularly concerning issue was related to data security and guest communication. A few weeks before our stay, I received a WhatsApp message claiming that payment for my reservation had not been completed. Had I not contacted the hotel directly to verify the request, I could easily have fallen victim to a scam. This raises concerns about the security of customer information and the measures in place to protect guests from fraudulent communications.

We also found the service to be disappointing. Staff members appeared slow to respond and were not particularly helpful, especially during breakfast service. Overall, the level of attentiveness and customer care fell below expectations.

We booked one of the hotel’s premium rooms and paid more than €300 for a one-night stay, including breakfast. Despite this, the bathroom sink was blocked and drained very slowly throughout our stay. In addition, the room lacked some of the amenities and equipment one would reasonably expect at this price point.

While the location and surrounding nature are beautiful, the overall experience did not provide the level of quality, service, and attention to detail that we expected for the amount paid.

Fietsberging iets te klein omdat er al zoveel verhuurfietsen instaan is het moeilijk om de fietsen die we zelf meebrachten goed op te bergen.

Fantastische locatie
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel midden in het bos is onovertroffen. Prachtige locatie. De kamer was ruim, schoon en voldeed aan alle wensen. Het ontbijt was goed. De communicatie met het personeel was vlot en efficient.

Pros:

L'albergo si trova in un bosco bellissimo, immerso nella natura dove si sente soltanto il canto degli uccellini; la vista dalla camera era incantevole, la camera ampia e ben arredata. Bello anche il bagno. Parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel; colazione varia e molto genuina e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Personale gentile. Ottimo il ristorante consigliato.
