Was een goed en mooi 4 steren hotel. De kamer en badkamer waren mooi maar simpel ingericht en was in een bijgebouw.
Ontbijt was uitgebreid en was vers fruit.
Personeel was behulpzaam en aardig.
En de restaurant was sfeervol en mooi ingericht.
Op loopafstand naar de boulevard en waar leuke terrasjes zijn en mooi over de meer kijkt echt mooi met de bergen.
Ja ze hebben geen airco op de kamer en dat met het warme weer te warm is in de kamer en niet optimaal de nacht rust krijgt. Was wel een ventilator maar kan daar niet van slapen als die aan is.
En de badkamer functioneel maar de douchecabine is niet ruim.
Personeel restaurant was vriendelijk maar merk dat ze druk hadden en deden kort af in antwoorden, niet relaxt dus.
Parkeren kost je CHF15,- per dag.
The location is very nice.
Not 4-star worthy. We got a room behind the hotel building in a different small building on top of a parking lot. There were trash bins from the restaurants. In the hallway there were a million spiders because all the windows were kept open from the building. It felt like a forgotton place. The breakfast is very limited: 1 sort of cheese, only pork as meat and a very small amount of eggs for a room of 30 tables. We booked the room with a double bed, when we arrived the room had 2 separate beds pushed towards each other to make it look like 1. The douche cabin is very small, you can barely move. There was only one chair for a double room for two people and it looked like it came from a secondhand shop, very used. The drainage from the sink was half clogged, the water would not go through even after 2 minutes. It felt like a cheap motel and definitely not a 4-star place!

Hotel in a great area. Onsite restaurant was good. No air conditioning but fan was provided and this helped enormously.

Difficile de se faire une idée définitive en ayant séjourné une nuit. Néanmoins, je souligne la grande amabilité du personnel.
L'hôtel était très bien tenu et la chambre très grande.
L'accessibilité au "parking" est à revoir : il s'agit d'une petite ruelle derrière l'hôtel qui n'existe pas sur les plans GPS et qui n'est pas indiquée sur la voirie de Brunnen. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune borne électrique de recharge électrique.
L'ameublement de la chambre aurait pu être plus fourni (toute petite armoire … insuffisante pour un séjour long)
