I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. They are equipped with everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. All the decorations and bed linens are of superior quality, and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that the bathroom even has ambient music, in addition to being very beautiful and clean.
I came with my wife for some relaxation, and I can truly say we thoroughly relaxed in the spa area and the jacuzzi. The hotel also provides parking spaces, so I didn't have to worry about the car. The breakfast was highly varied and delicious—the savory cheese pastry was wonderful, and the coffee was genuinely extraordinary.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I was truly pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services offered at this hotel. I look forward to coming back and, of course, confidently recommending this location to others. Thank you!

It had parking. It is close to the town centre and main attractions.

Cons:

The air conditioning was useless in the room - I expect this was a cost saving move, seeing as other reviews have said the same. Receptionist not bothered when we reported the air-conditioning.
No toiletries in the room, not even soap in the shower - asked for soap, but it never turned up, receptionist, again, not bothered.
At breakfast the coffee machine was "broken", so had to get coffee from reception. We were told only one coffee allowed per person, so the "broken" machine was probably another cost saving strategy.

Over all, despite being an above average price, it feels like they cut corners wherever possible to save money. This really took away from the customer experience.

They try to bribe you on check in by saying, if you leave a positive review you can use the extra spa facilities for free. So be wary if you read positive reviews, as they might be based on this!

The worst hotel we have ever been to
Pros:

The location is petfect and the terrace on the top floor, but unfortunately it's only that we liked with the hotel.

Cons:

1. The air-condition system is very old and it worked very poorly which was really bad with 32 degrees outside. The room smelled very bad and the air quality in the room was also very bad. In adittion, the fridge was on, but it was warm.
2. The room and the hotel is not like presented in the pictures. Very disappointed. We got an attic-like room. Probably, their worst room. They do not have basic amenities. It's not even a place to put the toilet paper.
3. The stuff is not attentive at all. It seems like they really do not want to be there and do not care at all about what guests say to them.

Camere neîngrijite si dificultate in obtinere factura fiscala
Pros:

Locația a fost OK, se afla in apropierea Cetății Tsaverets, zona mai puțin aglomerata fata de centru. Suficient de aproape de centru pentru plimbare.

Cons:

Sistemul de ventilație curge in camere si, drept consecință, este un miros neplăcut de umed in camere. Una din camera avea chiar ud covorul din cauza scurgerilor din sistemul de ventilație.
Am anuntat la recepție si am semnalat problema, dar nu s-a facut nimic. Nu exista alta camera disponibila. Evitați camera 101.

Deși se dorește a fi hotel relaxant, cu spa, baia din camera avea un miros neplăcut, ca si cum nu s-a facut curățenie corespunzător.

De asemenea, deși am solicitat factura, am primit pentru o singura camera, deși am rezervat 2. Când am cerut si pentru a 2-a camera, s-a invocat o problema de sistem pentru a evita scoaterea celei de-a 2 facturi. Intr-un final, am obținut si a 2-a factura.
