Ontbijt was beperkt, maar goed.

The air conditioning in the room was working very poorly, as if not turned on. The bathroom had a smell of mold, the floor of the room is fully covered in a rug, which had stains on it. We were with a small child, clearly the hotel was not suitable at all! We just left, though the hotel was paid. The lady at the reception just said “ok” to my remarks about what bothered us but did not offer any solution/ alternative. Overall, for us, it was the worst experience so far!

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde el primer momento, la habitación presentaba numerosos problemas de mantenimiento y limpieza que hicieron que la estancia fuera muy desagradable.

La puerta de la habitación se abría con mucha dificultad debido a que rozaba con la moqueta, lo que evidenciaba una falta de mantenimiento. Además, parte del marco superior de la puerta estaba desprendido. La distribución del mobiliario tampoco era adecuada: había una silla mal colocada entre la cama y la pared donde estaba el televisor, dificultando el paso.

En cuanto a la limpieza, la almohada tenía manchas visibles, algo totalmente inaceptable, y en el baño había una telaraña. Además, el grifo del lavabo no estaba correctamente fijado y se movía al utilizarlo, transmitiendo una sensación de descuido.

En conjunto, el estado de la habitación reflejaba una evidente falta de mantenimiento y control de limpieza. Ha sido una estancia muy desagradable y, lamentablemente, no recomendaría este hotel mientras no mejore estos aspectos básicos.

Qualche piccolo disservizio

I'm going to be very frank here, there was nothing terrible about the hotel, I thought it was nice, but I can't appreciate the staff's relentless attempts to obtain good reviews. On several occassions we were asked to leave a 10/10 review in exchange for perks such as free sauna entrance (we thought it was free but turns out it costs money). It's not like I'm leaving a lower rating out of spite for this, as I genuinely want to share feedback with the hotel management. It would be a good idea to recheck the quality of fit and finish for this boutique hotel. Just to name a thing that bothered us, the luxurious carpet in the hallway sits very tight against the entrance door to the rooms which means you're fighting to close and open the door each time. It's nothing dramatic, but it shows a lack of fit and finish control which doesn't seem to fit the boutique hotel image they are advertising. The breakfast was sparse and some items were not restocked properly, meaning there were not many choices.

При дорогих материалах отделки контраст — нет крючков в ванной для полотенец. Вообще. Сушили в номере. Душевая кабина бюджетного варианта при кафеле в ванной LUX. Двери в номер из-за коврового покрытия Пола еле открывались. Ребенок до 14 лет не откроет и не закроет. В номере не было воды

Пристигнахме с 8 месечно бебенце ,и ни дадоха стая в която климатика и вентилацията не работеше и нямаше грам въздух , не се дишаше.Помолихме да ни я сменят и отказаха категорично.Бяхме наели 3 стаи като едната беше единична и се наложи да се натъпчем трима човека в тази единична стая за да освободим що годе добра стая за бебенцето и техните родители. Потресена съм какво направиха , да оставят малко бебе да пукне от жега в тази стая без да ни я сменят. Незнам какво щеше да стане ако не бяхме наели 3 стаи , а бяха сами в този хотел.
