Dla pełni dobrego wrażenia można by było naprawić włącznik do lampki nad lustrem i oczyścić ją z kurzu zbieranego chyba od początku jej funkcjonowania. Jednorazówkę żelu pod prysznic zostawiono tylko pierwszego dnia, choć w ofercie jest w wyposażeniu.

The furniture is in a shabby state, the bathroom though clean was small and the shower curtain was missing a hook which looked shabby. Bed room curtains were stained. No kettle, fridge was not working well and safety box locked and staff did not know how to help.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Water was constantly leaking from the bathroom onto the floor, and there was no hot water during my stay. I had to place towels on the floor to prevent the water from spreading throughout the room.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any of the issues. The cleanliness of the property was far below acceptable standards, and the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the electrical outlets near the bed were not working.

The iron provided by the property was old, damaged, and in poor condition. It ended up burning one of my shirts, causing unnecessary damage to my personal belongings.

Despite reporting these problems, no effective solutions were provided. I would not recommend this property to anyone. A complete improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, equipment quality, and customer service is urgently needed.

Estaba sucio, se notaba que no limpiaban, las camas eran super duras, a tal nivel que me desperté con contractura, se sentían todos los muelles del colchón, el baño FATAL, no había agua fría, solo agua hirviendo, no te podías ni lavar la cara a la mañana para espabilar, tenias que dejar el grifo abierto 10 minutos hasta q empezase a salir agua fría, no tengo palabras para describirlo. Apestaba a tuberías el baño, el olor era horrible. Calidad -precio? Pues fatal, ni que fuera barato 100 euros o mas la noche para esa basura? Es que no se ni como describirlo, no entiendo como se puede prestar un servicio así y encima cobrarlo. Y para colmo nos cobraron los impuestos al llegar cuando en la web de BOOKING indica claramente que están incluidos, no se porque engañan.

Worst bathroom i have ever seen!!! The toilet doesn't work, you cannot flush it. The water temperature is impossible to set, it is either boiling hot or freezing cold.The water pressure is weak.The bathroom STINKS non-stop. Until they fix it, DO NOT BOOK.

La decoracion

Lo scaldino e il wc perdevano acqua, il phon non funzionava, le prese non caricavano, ha dato pure il resto sbagliato per la tassa di soggiorno, le foto non rispecchiano la realtà, manca uno specchio in camera, le finestre e le persiane sono vecchie, rotte e a malapena si aprono e si chiudono. Non erano presenti tutti i servizi elencati, tra cui forno, ferro da stiro, stendino e microonde. Difficile da trovare perché non c'è nessuna targhetta davanti al portone. Il palazzo è molto trascurato, abbiamo trovato mozziconi di sigarette sull'ascensore e in alcuni punti le scale sono rotte. Le camere non sono insonorizzate come descritto, si sente pari pari chi parla e chi tira lo sciacquone.

Que tienes que llamar a un número de teléfono cuando llegas y te hablan en inglés. Es entre cuando vienen a enseñarte el hostal, que son habitaciones en una planta. No es fácil de encontrar. Si no te manejas bien de viaje no lo recomiendo.

La pulizia non era granché. Gli asciugamani a volte erano bucati. Il bagno non è finestrato, la doccia ha solo la tendina e la pressione dell'acqua non è stabile. Non si può gettare carta nel gabinetto e lo sciacquone non funzionava bene, dovevamo andarci il meno possibile poiché spesso non riuscivamo a scaricare. Eravamo costretti a non scaricare subito, usare il cesso entrambi e scaricare una volta sola. Disgustoso. Abbiamo chiesto di farcelo sistemare, hanno risolto sul momento ma il problema si è ripresentato più volte. Le luci non si capisce bene dove si accendono. Il balcone è molto piccolo.
Nel bagno il lavandino, i sanitari e il porta cartaigienica erano sporchi di calcare e ruggine. Il letto matrimoniale è fatto da due letti singoli uniti, il dislivello in mezzo tra i due materassi era molto scomodo. In generale era a malapena vivibile.
