Pros:

Friendly family run enviroment ... spotless clean ... staff go above & beyond.

Cons:

3rd year to stay there .... nothing I didnt like ... for value for money and a central location its perfect.

Pros:

There was no breakfast, but 15 minutes' walk away, there were some good breakfast restaurants. 15-20 min walk from the beach, a night market was 10 min walk away. The pool was nice, and the room was well cleaned.

Cons:

Our room smelled a bit of smoke, and the toilet made a lot of noise randomly. The location was a bit further away than other hotels, but still okay.

Pros:

Отношение персонала 10/10. Постельное бельё скрипит от свежести. Ежедневная уборка, вода, чай, кофе. На первом этаже всегда есть возможность попить вкусный чай с печеньем. Кондиционер 10/10.

Бассейн хороший, есть лежаки и столики где можно отлично поужинать.

Номера с балконом выходят на бассейн, дороги не слышно.
Номера без балкона выходят на дорогу.

До пляжа пешком 15 минут с горки. Если идти в 6-7 утра то очень хорошая прогулка по ещё не жаркому Пхукету.

Я слишком рано оттуда съехал(

Otroligt dåligt hotell med bara ryssar som fick de bästa rummen
Pros:

Inget värdelöst sämsta stället vi båda varit på och då har vi rest runt hela världen!!!

Cons:

Allt... Fick rum på 3:e våningen med 41 trappsteg, två äldre damer på 73 och 75 år (skulle fylla den 22/11) Fick vänta 2 timmar på rummet och då fick vi ändå säga till!!!!!! Klagade på rummet och fick dagen efter ändra till 2:a våningen 18 trappsteg!!! Jag har ont i mina ben och svårt att gå i trappor. Vi hade förväntningar att vi hade beställt ett rum med balkong vilket det inte var, rum ut mot gatan med liknande uterum med fönster högt upp så det fick inte att se något ut!!! Rummet hade också glasdörrar in mot sovrummet!
Fick 5 galgar var och inte en enda byrå eller någonstans att lägga underkläder mm i!!! Endast 1 duschhandduk per person ingen tvål vid handfatet. Vissa dagar hade de inte ens städat när vi kom hem klockan 17.00. En säng stenhård och den andra som en hängmatta, bad om att får ett täcke för att sängen skulle bli lite mjukare men det skulle de ha 600 Baht. för.
Receptionen stängde kl 21.00 och skulle öppna 09.00 men det hände inte varje dag.
Såg ingen nödutgång ingen märkning. Kylskåp vi fick på 2:a våningen saknade hylla så vi sa till då hämtade det kylen vi haft på 3;e våningen, gammalt och litet!!! Tvn funkade inte flera gånger och inga intressanta program för oss. Duschslangen gick sönder och då bytte de till en stum slangliknande som var omöjlig att hantera!!
ÄR OTRILIGT MISSNÖJDA MED DETTA BOENDE SOM SKULLE VARA EN TREVLIG UPPLEVELSE OCH FÖR ATT FIRA MIN VÄNNINAS 75 ÅRS DAG.....
Otrevlig personal och ägarinna som nonchalerade oss totalt efter som vi ifrågasatte saker....
Vi emotser en kompensation för detta dåliga hotell och hemska upplevelse!!!

Daglig rengøring og skift af håndklæder.
Dejlig pool

Manglende oprydning omkring poolen og meget slidte / itu parasoller.
