Great place on Victoria Island
Pros:

Really nice place on Victoria Island. Good location, helpful and friendly staff, good sized, clean room with great shower. Currently undergoing renovation on second and third floors which will mean several more rooms. Highly recommended.

Friendly helpful staff and a lovely spacious room.
Pros:

I liked the rooftop bar and restaurant. The breakfast was well spiced and varied. The staff were lovely and the manager came to greet us.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, but poor quality rooms and immediate hotel environment.
Pros:

The staff were very good, helpful, polite and courteous and eager to please.
The breakfast was good, but due to feeling unwell during stay, was unable to fully enjoy everyday.
Adjacent complex with big screen cinema, rooftop bar and 2 restaurants offering Asian fusion and more traditional options was appealing.

Cons:

Some of the rooms were unhealthy with black mould. Was extremely surprised the hotel even offered the rooms to our party to sleep in. To their credit alternative rooms were found, but in general damp smell pervaded the corridors on every floor.

One room had a less effective air conditioning unit which we did not complain about as it was bearable.

All members if our party suffered stomach upsets at varying parts of our stay.

Service in Afrobeats restaurant was unacceptably slow, one guest did not get his full order.

Error on rooftop bar led to us being overcharged.
Error on Check-in led to overcharging.
Still awaiting refund payment.

Power outtages, although not long lasting, were frequent and did not seem to affect surrounding properties.
