Pros:

The location was perfect, with a 7-Eleven and Big C just next door. The BTS station was only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient. The hotel offers great value for money, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel has a few drawbacks:

There is no luggage delivery service to the rooms.

It is quite noisy, especially in the morning.

There is no luggage storage service for guests after check-out, which was inconvenient.

The reception staff were very respectful.

Cons:

The room smells awful, the constant subway noise is annoying, the bathroom water pressure is weak—an experience I can't repeat.

They take money from you as collateral and guarantee; this is the first time I've ever seen anything like it in my life.

Great location and friendly staff. Definitely excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS station and a supermarket, which made getting around very easy.

Cons:

However, the soundproofing really needs improvement, as noise levels were extremely loud even after midnight. Some of the furniture also felt a bit dated.
