Pros:

Nice property near kep. They have bungalows and a building with larger rooms. The pool is clean and beautiful and located across the dirt path from the hotel. Staff is super friendly.

Pros:

Water pressure was exceptionally strong, but no hot water, only very warm water shower. No electric outlet in the bath room. No refrigerator in the room, so I asked it. Internet speed slow. Very good location near Sailing club and Crab market. Bed spread is not clean, and little bit smelly. Owner is very kind, and open minded for improvement.
