Excellent séjour à Hoi An !
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté de la vieille ville de Hoi An. L'hôte est très sympathique, nous lui avons loué des vélos le premier jour et un scooter le second jour à des tarifs très intéressants.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit est très dur.

Ubicación perfecta.

Cons:

Durante toda mi estancia en Vietnam me he alojado en guest house y ninguna como esta.
Nada más entrar te encuentras todo desordenado y percibes un tremendo olor a orina en toda la casa.
La dueña que sabe hablar inglés no aparece en ningún momento, encargándose de nuestro check in una mujer con intención de retirarnos los pasaportes hasta el checkout (obviamente no lo permitimos)
Las sabanas están sucias de distintos tipos de fluidos corporales... por lo que pasamos toda la noche sin taparnos.
Taza de WC sucia, puerta del baño sin limpiar desde hace años...
La habitación tiene una ventana tapada con cortina que si se te ocurre abrirla ves a los de la habitación de al lado privándoles completamente de su intimidad.
Desayuno incluido que preferimos no aprovecharlo por las pocas medidas de higiene que se observan en el establecimiento (además de que te obligan a tomarlo únicamente a las 9am)

Une maison et une famille très chaleureuse !
Pros:

La maison est traversant et l’arrière donne sur une petite ruelle avec la rivière et des jolies lumières le soir. La logeuse et leur famille étais très sympathique, souriants et serviable ! Hyper bien situé car près du vieux quartier à pied mais suffisamment reculé pour être calme le soir.
Je recommande vivement !
Mon fils a particulièrement aimé la chienne et son petit chiot avec lequel il a joué tous les jours !

Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Il y a énormément de bruit, les fenêtres étant à l'ancienne, on à l'impression que les scooter sont dans la chambre.
Impossible de dormir, tellement c'est bruyant.
On a dû quitter l'établissement plus tôt que prévu.

The puppy at the reception

Cons:

Very noisy, the employees scream in the corridors. Bed is horrible, you sleep on wood, no duvet and to have one you have to ask for 4 because the reception girl forgets when you ask her something.

The family were so kind and helpful. Even sorting us an overnight bus to da lat for only 800, dong each. Would recommend. Really lovely family.

Pros:

The main host was friendly and they let us drop our bags off early, taking them up to our room for us while we were in the town. Big bathroom and room, and since we were the only guests it was fairly private. We didn't have any breakfast as we were always up & away early, easy to come and go and close/quick walk to the main town. Room was clean

Cons:

A lot of road noise through the night, and neighbour's dog barks a lot in the morning. The rest of the family doesn't speak English so it's difficult to interact with them, since you walk through the main living room to go upstairs you always see someone from the family and end up just waving or acknowledging friendly without being able to say or act much more. No fault of theirs of course but felt a bit strange or that we were being rude. Bathroom bin was in the hallway not in the bathroom and didn't get emptied.(was no lid either).
