Welcoming staff, lovely breakfast, beautiful beach- 100% worth the value
Pros:

Great value, room was spacious and clean. It’s about a 6min ride to Yalikavak marina. It shares a beautiful beach with the Edition. Breakfast was always great and hours available were long.

Cons:

The WiFi isn’t super reliable but if you aren’t going to be in the room all day then it doesn’t matter too much.

Absolutely outstanding breakfast.. genuinely the best I’ve had anywhere in 2026. Every ingredient felt carefully selected, fresh, and high quality and each dish was prepared with real attention to detail. Everything was beautifully presented and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. You can tell there is genuine care behind the food, not just a standard hotel breakfast routine. Es ist bereits mein zweites Jahr in diesem wunderschönen Boutique-Hotel in Yalıkavak – und ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der das Meer genießen und den besonderen türkischen Flair erleben möchte.

Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und herzlich, und das Frühstück ist einfach köstlich. Das Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Vielen Dank für einen zweiten wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ❤️🌊🇹🇷

Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Hotel’s private beach was great with umbrellas and sunbeds. You do not need to go anywhere else if you look for a calm and clean beach.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. They always do their best.

The breakfast was really good!

Cons:

There is no toilet or shower you can use at the beach. You have to climb up the stairs to reach to the hotel if you need it.

The location of the hotel in google maps was not exact. We went to a wrong place first and then we had to call the hotel to find the right entrance. It would be great if that can be fixed.

Great value, friendly staff, and amazing views!
Pros:

Cutest boutique hotel. Great value considering it shares a beach with The Edition for a fraction of the cost. The turkish breakfast in the garden was such a highlight. The staff was so friendly and readily available via whatsapp for anything. They even fixed my lock in the door in the middle of the night;. I will definitely be back! Deluxe room with beach view was worth it!!

Access to the beach was great and proximity to Marina. The staff, Mehmet and the lady who attended to our breakfast and room were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe an area of improvement is to put a better lighting to apply make up in the bathroom.
