Excelente estancia
Muy cerca de la playa del amor, desayuno rico, dueños amables, alberca siempre disponible, habitación amplia, hamaca, muy lindo visualmente, gatitos, muy buena vista al mar
No está a pie de calle por lo que tienes que subir un par de escaleras, las muchachas que te dan el desayuno no suelen contestar por lo que aveces es medio incómodo porque parece que no te hacen caso, tienes que pedir utensilios de cocina a la recepción en lugar de tenerlos ya en la habitación y no te ofrecen cosas básicas para poder cocinar como aceite y sal, además el aire no enfriaba muy bien

Beautifully maintained property. The views of the sea view suites are exceptional. Super friendly staff. The AC in the room is a huge bonus. It basically feels like home away from home.
It wasn’t an issue for me, but the climb up to the hotel from street level is pretty steep (lots of stairs)

Breakfast very poor and bad. Only a cup of bad coffee, 2 pieces of bread n 1 fruit.
The maintenance of the hotel is bad, shower n sink don’t work well, leak of water.

Esta muy bonito el lugar, los dueños son muy amables la comida muy rica
The access, can’t do it with babies or adults with difficulties walking, can’t upload videos but the access are almost 100 steps and if you ask for parking they tell you that you could park on the street but people on the street told me it could be danger because the street is small so the cars on the street have issues when you park your car over there and they could hit your car
La habitacion incluye aire acondicionado y era muy espaciosa, la compartimos entre 4 personas y dormimos todos comodos. En la manana brindan desayuno y puedes pagar 100 pesos adicionales por unos huevos a la mexicana con frijoles y tortillas (muy ricos). La atencion de los administradores es muy buena. Esta muy bien ubicado para moverte en Zipolite y cerca de la playa del amor y los clubes nocturnos. Tiene una vista increible a la playa y la alberca es muy agradable.
La limpieza de las habitaciones por parte del personal puede mejorar, no barrieron el piso algunos dias y teniamos mucha arena a veces. Deberian cambiar las toallas en algun momento de visitas largas y no esperar a que lo pidan los huespedes. La senal de wifi fallaba a veces. A pesar de todo que es mejorable les recomiendo el hotel.

Tiene aire acondicionado, hacen la limpieza de la habitación diariamente. La alberca esta linda, solo hace falta limpiar el jardín de afuera para que tenga una mejor vista.
No hay agua caliente, dice que incluye desayuno y es un desayuno continental, solo pan café y un poco de fruta. La subida al hotel está super inclinada un barandal en medio no le quedaría mal.

Everything was fine.
The location is better than you think - directly across the road to beach access and nearby to lots of little stores. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was tasty and fresh. Rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend!
If you have mobility issues/trouble climbing stairs it is best to avoid. There is a very long staircase to get to the hotel on top of a hill and no alternate entrance.
