Warm hotel with amazing location
Pros:

Perfect location. Amazing value for money. And the staff is so so welcoming and helpful. I wish the big hotels could learn from boutique hotels like these.

Perfect location but beds are very old
Pros:

Perfect location and perfect people. So many restaurants around and close to the center.

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable, we couldn’t rest at night. In the morning there was construction noise that made us unconfortable.

Pros:

Piccolo boutique hotel in posizione centralissima, che offre la possibilità di muoversi a piedi ovunque. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Avendo un volo serale, ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, il che è stato molto comodo. Non è possibile fare la colazione all’interno della struttura, ma non è stato assolutamente un problema, visto che c’è una caffetteria proprio al piano terra (apre alle 9:00) e a pochissimi passi il Paris Bistro che apre alle 8:00 (utile se si hanno in programma escursioni che generalmente partono presto) e che fa colazioni super! La zona comunque è piena di bar e ristoranti, non c’è che l’imbarazzo della scelta. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo

Pros:

I chose Centric Baku Boutique hotel for a short stay in Baku, based on long-term good references and I did not regret it. On the one hand, a wonderful location in the center of all city life, at the same time quiet. But on the other hand, it's all about the people, and they do it best. Together with my family, thank you dear Aygün, Ali, Elcan and Zubeyde hanum and the driver Shahin. We felt like we were visiting friends.

Садитесь по удобней. Расскажу от сдирания незаконно денег до плесени.

С порога вас встретит лестница, чтобы вы подняли 23 и 10 кг к лифту. По пути вы будете думать что идете в курилку, но нет. Вы поднимаетесь в отель. Он на втором этаже. Будет накурено до слез из глаз.
Номер. В целом это было нормально. Кроме черной плесени в душе. Я из Израиля и не падаю от плесени в обморок. Но это нужно забить конкретный болт, чтобы не помыть душ нормально . Я купила сама моющее и отмыла его.
Я жила там 12 дней. В целом я поняла что в Баку у всех +/- одинаковое отношение к своей работе. И вам не стоит забывать, что вы не в Кимпински, чтобы что то требовать от этого места.

Мне заранее написал человек из отеля в вац ап смогу ли я заплатить наличными. Стоял режим исчезающих сообщений. (Ну мы тут дураки собрались все 😏) я сказала нет проблем, я хочу только получить чек с НДС чтобы вернуть командировочные.
И предупредила что ко мне прилетит подруга на неделю (номер предусмотрен на двоих)
Должна ли я что то доплатить - он сказал нет.
Сообщения благополучно пропали через пару дней. Но я сделала скриншот и он сохранился на Гугл фото 😁 запомните это

Прилетает подруга в 04:45 утра. Заходит в номер, через 5 минут меня зовет парень с ресепшена и просить что то ему доплатить 🤣 5 утра!
Я показываю ему скрин , он начинает делать вид что не понимает англ, и понимаю что там разговорить ВОБЩЕ НЕ С КЕМ и ухожу спать.

Утром захожу на букинг и смотрю что ДЛЯ ГОСТЕЙ ОСОБЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ НЕ ПРИМЕНЯЮТСЯ. удивительно не так ли?
Приходит менеджер. Показываю скрины и она отвечает что все норм можешь не платить. Ахахаах с барского плеча 🤣 Вы там кем себя возомнили вообще?

Кстати отель я оплачивала наличными и они прекрасно берут доллары.

Прошу для своей гости одеяло. Фото одеяла прилагаю. Человек который нам давал одеяло был слеп? Или думал что мы слепы? Что мы не заметим? Потерпим? Надо было заплатить еще ? ИЛИ ЧТО ? НА ЧТО ВЫ РАССЧИТЫВАЛИ?

Pros:

Kleines nettes Hotel im zweiten Stock, fußläufig zur Altstadt, zum Frühstück gibt's eine nette Bar im Hause. Das Zimmer schön mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, das Bad prima. Sehr nett und persönlich die Betreuung durch Aygün und Vali, zum Start gab's einen lokalen Snack :)

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Lovely Welcome
Pros:

Excellent stay at Centric Hotel Baku! The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around the city. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, making the stay relaxing. A special thanks to Aygun, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The night staff, both on weekdays and weekends, were also very helpful and friendly. The baklava offered as a welcome treat was delicious and a lovely touch. Great service and a very pleasant experience overall , highly recommended!

Cons:

there can be some street noise in the evening due to traffic on the nearby main road.
