Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Beautiful views, friendly service and large patio. Pool and hot were lovely!

Cons:

beds hard for North American standards. But this was an issue everywhere in Colombia.

Pros:

Hotel muy organizado y cómodo, personal muy atento y servicial.
El desayuno fue delicioso
La habitación limpia y organizada.
El hotel está ubicado muy cerca del parque, caminando se puede llegar en menos de 10 minutos.

Cons:

Cuando hay conciertos o eventos con alto volumen en el parque, desde las habitaciones se puede sentir el ruido.

El barman con muy poca atención y falta más propuestas de parte del barman al preguntar le qué bebidas tiene ejemplos margaritas, micheladas cócteles de tal tipo eso le falta al barman
