Cons:

Heating wasn’t great as the bedroom was a furnace whilst the rest of the room was cold. Shower didn’t drain properly so water overflowed in the bathroom. Staff at front desk not very helpful.

Cons:

We were evacuated twice in one night at 12.30am and 2am at -2 degrees. Both times allows back in after 5 mins of fire dept check. This has happened to me 5 times over the 2 years I have stayed regularly. We believe problems in the public car park underneath. No apologies, no explanations except when grilled, no compensation, no effort to keep me returning. I am looking for somewhere else.
