The rooms were done very well. Thoughtfully with appliances, clean and comfortable beds etc
Clothes need a cabinet!
Everything was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff most respectful and helpful.
Breakfast was good but took awhile to be served.
Room is modern.
Beddings and sofa are comfortable.
Cleanliness is questionable:
- Kitchen top & induction cooktop was not properly cleaned and has food marks
- Kettle has milky beverage mark on the outside
- Washing machine has small washed food packaging left inside the drum
Non stick pan has scratch marks which is a health concern if used
There is no pan turner to fry an egg
Toilet sink is too small as water drips everywhere on the floor when washing

spacious for our family of 5, very clean too
Property was clean and there was onsite parking and 24/7 reception.
Broken appliances and poor service
Booked a four night stay here at Abode Belconnen. Both the dish washer and the washing machine were broken and water leaked onto the floor.
As the washing machine wasn’t working, reception took our laundry with assurance that we’d be able to pick it up upon check out (we explicitly told them that we will be leaving the city at check out). However, when we checked out next morning, we were told that the laundry was still wet and we’d have to “wait around for an hour or two”.
We had a 10 hour drive home and thus this lack of follow-through was inconvenient and disappointing.

Comfortable bed . Good location. Friendly staff.
Cleanness
The bed was so comfortable, we all slept like babies.
The fan in the bathroom wasnt very stronge
Great sized rooms
Fire alarm went off on both the nights we stayed there. We were with elderly who had knees problems. The room provided was at the end of the level. Two fire alarms went off and took her down slowly. There was no facilities to help those who need wheelchairs. Heard that it happens a lot (fire alarms)
The staff, particularly the new guy in the cafe at breakfast, were great.
The actual bed was comfortable as well, and plenty large enough.
2 lifts to get to your room from carpark to reception to room, a shower that doesn't drain, and a noisy fan from the air con. Not exactly premium facilities.
The breakfast wasn't great either, with completely liquid butter and very greasy bacon.
Hopefully the fire alarm was a rarity, but that wasn't fun either.
