Pros:

Couldn't fault the stay, from check in to check out the staff were friendly, approachable, always had a smile. Gave us a welcoming feeling, we were strangers to them, but felt like old friends.

Cons:

The room we had was lovely, just wish the window facing the beach was bigger. The views up there would be amazing with a panoramic window.

A nitemare although we were offered a full refund by the owner who was very amiable but the damage to our stay was unrep

We found the restaurant closed at 7mins to 8 so we were refused admission but we were offered a sandwich the room was very dirty bed linen a disgrace and we left covered in bed bug bites some of which have now turned into rather nasty infected areas

Well located Hotel & good value for money
Pros:

Clean bedding and cotton sheets. Nice bathroom.
Great location.
Also received a nice friendly welcome from staff.

Cons:

The shower door was difficult to close. I had to use both arms to slide one shower door shut.

The window blind didn't come down easily.

I spent ages trying to find the plug for the TV - signage might help future customers to locate it.

I couldn't find a hair dryer.

Very basic but ideal for 1 night quick stay last minute
Pros:

Very close to the beach. Access during evening was great. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Room was very basic. Bathroom was very tiny and the shower was diabolical, door was hard to close old not modernised at all.
Water went everywhere when using the sink
Was the cleanest. Table was sticky and floor wasnt hoovered very well still bits on there. Was very basic but ok for 1 night. Breakfast is very pricey.

Basic room dated buts it's a bed
Pros:

Close to beach. Tea and coffee. Rooms hot so fan was handy

Cons:

Small dated basic room. Shower head loose, poor pressure. Very noisy seems to be constant buzz from outside fridge. No blackout curtains. Security light streams through poorly maintained blinds. View of beer barrels and shed roof. No fridge.
