Location was excellent and having g parking so near was fantastic.Highly recommend using the restaurant for evening meals.
Blinds in bedroom were not working properly and therefore to much light was coming into the room.
I travelled with my son. Unfortunately, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable right from the start at the reception. Lady call "Bee" was very rude towards me and my son. "Chris" from reception, pushed the door on me as I was leaving. Room had holes on walls and doors. Bathroom was in terrible condition as you can see on the photos. Location was great, very convenient but not worth the stress related to interaction with staff members. I think we were the only people staying there at the time.

La stanza era molto grande con area salotto, il letto di dimensioni king size. L'albergo è posizionato sul lungomare, alle spalle dell'edificio vi è un parcheggio multipiano molto comodo.
L'albergo è vecchio e dovrebbe essere rinnovato, in camera le finestre non si chiudevano bene perchè vi erano alcune guarnizioni parzialmente staccate, il che faceva penetrare in camera il vento ed i rumori della strada del lungomare. Inoltre, le finestre erano sporche di deiezioni di uccelli. La reception è soltanto fino alle 21.00, all'arrivo viene data all'ospite una chiave per entrare in autonomia dopo quell'ora.
Location, wonderful sea view, and the grand pier. spotlessly clean and comfortable nice bar lounge indoors and good outdoors seating and additional bar did not have food but looked good what I saw at reasonable prices.
No parking spaces but location of hotel not possible, car park 5 min walk.

From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to help us with carrying luggage to letting us have a jug of water in our room. Little things that made a huge difference to our stay, we don't travel often so it was nice to have that extra mile provided. B and the rest of the staff are astounding , so friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome and part of the furniture. Every meal we had was outstanding , really delicious !! Our four day break was just perfect ! We will be back to sit in our corner table watching the world go by with a bottle of wine and a cruzcampo or two 😉😊
There was nothing to dislike at all. Personal preferences will always be a problem to some people but for a four night stay we had a very comfortable time in a very clean room and we was even upgraded for extra space which came in very helpful for a 6ft 7in man with crutches. 🩷

Staff customer service wasn’t the best. Window wasn’t secured as per children requirements and opened fully so made it uncomfortable. Overall feel of the place is tired and dated.
How close it was to all the venues. Which was ideal for the shanty festival too. The breakfast was ideal as well.
The Shower door in room 109 very annoying so that might want to be looked at.
