La localisation

Cons:

La communication avec le personnel a été compliquée, car très peu de personnes parlaient anglais, ce qui a rendu certaines situations difficiles à gérer. La salle de bain était beaucoup trop petite, en particulier l’espace autour des toilettes qui était vraiment peu pratique. La piscine n’était pas chauffée, ce qui était décevant car c’était un des équipements qui nous intéressaient. Le rooftop bar était fermé, alors que c’est un élément mis en avant par l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, avec très peu de choix et une qualité assez moyenne. Enfin, la communication concernant certains frais supplémentaires au moment du départ n’a pas été claire, ce qui a laissé une impression désagréable.

Die Betten waren leider nicht bequem. Im Zimmer lag Teppichboden, der Flecken hatte. Außerdem war das Hotel sehr hellhörig – man konnte den Straßenverkehr, Gespräche auf dem Flur und zuschlagende Türen deutlich hören

Nice location. You can walk to old town less than 10minutes. Good breakfast. Nice staffs

I chose non smoking room with balcony but we could smell smoke right immediately when we entered the room. We were travelling with baby so it was very inconvenient for us. Need to close window all the time cuz our room was on the 1st floor. Smoke will get into the room if people smoke in the parking lot:(. We are excited for the rooftop pool but sadly it was closed :(. It will only be open in May. AC was centralised and they didn’t turn it on (said they still follow winter time; it was already end of April duh. It was scorching hot. Felt like in sauna
