Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Mostly reported as clean in many reviews (rooms, facilities, tidy), but several incidents noted: a dirty bathroom, towels slightly dirty, rooms missed cleaning twice during a transition, and isolated complaints — overall slightly below excellent.
Service
9.5
Consistently praised: staff described as lovely, very friendly and helpful; multiple mentions of attentive personnel. A few service-related complaints (charging issues, reception misunderstandings) are isolated compared with generally strong service feedback.
Location
9.5
Strong theme across reviews: excellent/very good location, close to Universal and main attractions, convenient restaurants and surroundings — repeatedly highlighted as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.8
Many guests noted comfortable, large beds and roomy showers; some reports of less comfortable beds, rough mattresses, see-through bathroom glass, and occasional shower/flow issues — good overall with some variability.
Amenities
8.6
Facilities and decor praised (sleek decor, AC working flawlessly), but notable negatives: pool criticized, lack of shuttle to parks, no microwave in rooms, and minor issues like automatic lights triggering — generally positive but with clear gaps.
Value for Money
9.5
Many reviews explicitly call out excellent value, good price and strong quality-for-price ratio; several guests said they would return — value is a standout positive.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Mixed feedback: breakfast was described as excellent by some, while others cited being unexpectedly charged for breakfast or inconvenience of paid breakfast; overall slightly positive but with billing/expectation issues.
Overall Experience
9.3
Majority of stays described as very good to excellent (friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms). A few guests had significant negative experiences (dirty bathroom, billing/parking disputes) but they are outweighed by positive stays.
