Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The location is great for visiting Universal Orlando. Very comfortable rooms, breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The hotel has a policy of changing towels every three days, but they also state that towels can be changed upon a guest’s request. We requested clean towels, but our request was completely ignored for three days.
On top of that, when we checked into our room, there was simply no shower gel provided. All of it would have been totally fine if the management hadn’t been so rude. When we came to the front desk for the last time to ask for service, the manager responded very rudely, even though just a second earlier she had willingly given towels to another guest.
