After checking in and walking in the hotel room for less than 5 minutes I seen a cockroach. I immediately called the front desk and they were quick and swift to give me a new room.

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

This property was close to everything! Five mins from Universals! The staff were extremely nice they went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was new and very up to date! Would def stay here again if I was in the area.

Everything was good, except no microwave. I wouldn't visit a second time. I have to get dress to go to the first floor to heat up soup milk etc
