The family that runs the homestay are incredibly kind and generous, and always make sure you have enough and are comfort

Very nice room, nice bathroom, and most importantly very nice staff, they treat you better than in any other place.

Excellent property and host
Pros:

Excellent location and such a friendly host and family. Breakfast was great on a morning too. Scooter rental was also easy and convenient. It is one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in during the last two months travelling.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Great hosts, highly recommend
Pros:

Wonderful host - kind, helpful, and super quick to respond to every message. Accommodated my every request, even letting me use a room before my late bus to freshen up. The breakfast is delicious and served hot. Clean and comfortable, run by genuinely good people. Couldn't ask for more - highly recommend!

Pros:

The host is super friendly and makes cute breakfast. Also helps you with anything you could need and knows people all around the town. You also feel very comfortable and the garden is lovely to relax. City center of tam coc is in 2 minute walking distance which is great. In general a recommended location.
