Pros:

Prime location in Tam Coc...but in a side street so it was always very quiet. Lihn was so very helpful. We were coming from Ha Giang. The night bus arrived in Nihn Bihn at 3am. We had communicated with her and told her that I was unsure of our arrival time! She said no problem. 12 minutes walk from bus station to the homestay. We called her as soon as we arrived and she had our room ready for us. Breakfast was delicious. She did our laundry and setup transportatio, tours and nassages as needed.

Cons:

I only wish we could have stayed a little longer. Her place allowed us to recover and rest up from our hectic pace

Brilliant Stay
Pros:

Really clean property with comfortable bed. Location was great also very quiet. The host sorted us a bike rental really easily as well so we could explore. Also really good value for money.

Pros:

L’accueil était parfait Linh prend le temps de nous accueillir, nous conseiller et trouver des bons plans. Elle parle très bien français ce qui peut faciliter les choses. Je recommande !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est que la wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre il faut être sur la terrasse.

Close to the Tam Coc main area, where you can get everything you need. Clean room, beautiful garden and friendly staff. Quiet cozy place to stay

Cons:

Very slow and unstable WiFi. This was a big issues when the sim card also didn't have good coverage. Morning call from the roosters, starting as early as 4am till after 6am! I'm a light sleeper so was affected a lot.

Mini fridge is not listed but it will be great to include this in the room. Actually it's quite important in Vietnam weather 😅

La gentillesse de l’hôte au début.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée : nous devions avoir une chambre au premier étage avec balcon, mais nous avons été installés au rez-de-chaussée, dans une chambre moins chère avec quatre couchages, donnant sur une cour très fréquentée.

À peine arrivés, nous avons découvert plusieurs cafards sortant de la salle de bain, dont la propreté laisse clairement à désirer.

Après avoir signalé le problème à l’hôte, celui-ci nous a répondu que la chambre réservée n’était pas disponible et que, vu le prix payé, nous ne devions pas faire les difficiles, allant jusqu’à nous inviter à chercher ailleurs.

Nous comprenons que le tarif soit attractif, mais cela ne justifie ni le manque d’hygiène ni un manque de considération envers les clients. Le minimum attendu reste une chambre propre, conforme à la réservation. Nous avons donc quitté les lieux, malgré une réservation de quatre nuits.

Pros:

Struttura nuova, ordinata. Stanze essenziali e pulite. La colazione é buona. Il proprietario é molto gentile e disponibile anche se non parla inglese (è facile la comunicazione con google traduttore).
