Des del primer moment ens va donar una càlida benvinguda i durant tota l'estada ens ha cuidat com si fóssim de la família. Ens ha donat recomanacions de coses a visitar, sense recomanar cap tour o agència en particular. De fet ens va dir totes les coses que es podien visitar de manera gratuïta i els seus preferits. L'esmorzar és una passada, absolutament generós (un plat calen a escollir, , fruiteta, una beguda i un dolç local que canviava cada dia). Les habitacions són amples i netes, amb aire acondicionat i ventilador. Té un munt de detallets amb els hostes (quan plou et posa les sabates sota una cadira a cobert, et deixa un paraigües a la porta, et deixa tovalloles netes a la tauleta del balconet... Fins i tot hi ha ampolles grans d'aigua dins l'habitació que pots comprar per 10k - menys del que val al super (15k a gairebé tot Ninh Binh). Son una familia entranyable i fan tot el que puguin per donar un cop de mà. Nosaltres fins i tot vam fer late check in - cap a les 17h i només ens va voler cobrar 150k addicionals. Absolutament cap queixa 💓✨

Linh and her family were great hosts and we always felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and always plenty. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The location of the homestay was great as it allowed for quick access to groceries and restaurants. We were able to rent a motorbike easily at the homestay without any issues to discover Ninh Binh. Further, Linh provided us with sightseeing ideas requiring the knowledge of a local. The boat tour she offered us to see the blooming Lotus flowers was probably the best activity we did here, and there was not really any other place to buy a ticket for this tour.
It was a pleasure staying there! Linh is a wonderful host, taking care of you as much as family. She always did everything she could to accommodate us. Delicious dinner or breakfast even in last-minute. Very fair price, very tasty, very generous portions. Booking tickets in advance for us for our boat trips and mua cave, cheaper and faster. Always with a huge smile on her face and a lot of happy vibes and laughs.
The room was clean and tidy, with good AC.
Maybe the addition of a curtain to block the light from the light-trough door would be nice.
The only downside we experienced was the massage she organised for us. I recommend not taking it. We thought that she would book a real massage salon and it was not clear. Instead of a massage place, we were brought in a room in a building next to the homestay, with probably her friends. Bright light and only a bit of massage oil left. Personally, it was meant to be a full body massage 1h but I had 10-15 minutes of back massage finishing with a bit of hot stones, then I was asked to flip over (back on the bed) and the masseuse sat with her back against the wall and rubbed my shinbone back and forth for pretty much the rest of the time non stop while chatting with her colleague. This was probably the most ridiculous full body massage experience I ever had (across many). Even for the part where she actually gave a massage, she was not very technical, not targeting were she should have but rather doing what a 10 ys old child can do. She also squeezed/pinched my neck and shoulders/traps very hard. It was very painful and I still hurt days later. I don't see the point, never seen that either in any massage.
She still asked for a tip at the end as if I was not feeling scammed enough already.
But appart from that, you should go there visit Linh and enjoy your stay.
È stato tutto perfetto, Linh è una fantastica padrona di casa e mi ha trattata come una regina. Posizione ottima, nel centro di Tam Coc ma in una vietta tranquilla e isolata dal caos turistico. Ottima la colazione, preparata appositamente ogni mattina!

The location was very good, the room was very nice and clean. It was quiet yet still close to the main areas for bars and food. The family who run the homestay spoke limited English but did their best to communicate and say hello each day which we really liked. We would definitely recommend to friends visiting.
This only thing missing from this homestay is a pool. We didn’t even think about it till we explored the area and realised a lot of homestays and hostels did. It definitely didn’t ruin our stay at all though and we still highly recommend staying here.
Very nice location. Close to many area where there are many shops and restaurants but also in a quieter area as well so you don’t have the noise from the main road. Linh was a wonderful host. She knows the area well being a native of the area. She has great connections and wants you to feel welcome in her home. She cooks a wonderful breakfast and will help you organize different trips that are worth it! Anything you need, she is always ready to help.
