Un hôtel où le personnel est mobilisé pour ses clients
Pros:

L’accueil, le personnel très attentionné qui répond 24/24 à toutes nos demandes, même la nuit. La réception a toujours des solutions à tous ! Leurs sourires, leurs générosités. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le choix des chambres. C’est la deuxième fois que je réserve cet hôtel, la première fois en mai 2026 pour mes fiançailles et la deuxième cette fois en août pour mon mariage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci Mohammed ! Ahmed, et tous le staff !!! Je ne peux pas vous oublier

L'hotel a besoin d'une renovation de l'extérieur/ théme des chambres sombre / un seul ascenseur pour tout l'hotel (temps d'attente plus que la norme)

It was a brief stay, but it gave us the exact reset we needed before the tour kick off.
Pros:

The location was ideal, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a smaller variety than expected, but everything tasted great. The room was spacious and newly renovated.

Cons:

Upon check-in, we noticed the room was missing basic amenities like toiletries, coffee, and tea. While the recent renovations look great, providing these essentials beforehand would make the arrival experience much more comfortable.
