Pros:

O local é muito bem localizado e as instalações possuem certo conforto. A jacuzi é um diferencial para dias de sol e no subsolo tem algumas opções legais de lazer como ping pong. O Richard e um ótimo funcionário pois precisei ajuda para uma ligação e prontamente se colocou a disposição.

Cons:

Pedi para alterar uma data e foram muito inflexíveis, só podendo mudar se fosse o mesmo período. O problema é que a justificativa final foi totalmente errada, inventaram que a culpa era do booking e por isso a política rígida deles precisava ser seguida. Isso foi mentira porque em uma unidade dos viajeros em san Andrés eu consegui a alteração de forma tranquila. Além disso, tudo lá é caro demais !!! Chá simples e algo em torno de 5 dólares, absurdo. Tomar um café simples e caro também (só o café com suco). Os funcionarios estão sempre indispostos a ajudar e tudo é muito complicado (como dar um troço simples de dinheiro).

Great area, bad room and personal
Pros:

It’s in a great area. The rooftop is good and that there is always something going on to get in contact with other people.

Cons:

The rooms are bare minimum. Always black hair everywhere. It seems like the floor is dirty. There is only a soap dispenser in the bathroom and even that soap is somewhat bad. Toilet paper dispenser is a nightmare straight from hell. I’m not sure why would you do that in a private place
The personal always look bored and give you the feeling that you are bothering them when you just have a question

Pros:

This is my second stay in Viajero Medellin and from what I experienced I will keep coming back. The hostel it's amazing and what made it more special is the service. The reception team Fernanda, Douglas and Kelvin always provide excellent service. I also have to mention the team from the restaurant Daniel, Gabriel and Carolina that are very friendly and helped me a lot making sure I was well fed and taken care of. Special mention to Julieta from reception who helped me with my reservation for Guatape.

Die Lage war super zentral.

Cons:

Mein Bettlaken hatte Blutflecken, die aber sofort ausgetauscht wurde und mir wurde angeboten das Bett auch neu zu beziehen.
Mein Handtuch wurde von anderen Zimmergenossen genutzt und meine Cola wurde aus dem Kühlschrank geklaut. Da kann das Hostel natürlich nichts für, aber spricht für die Leute die dort unterkommen.

The Room was very clean and I Found my bed very comfortable.
The Party Tours are Great and super fun, worth it to come here. The staff was friendly and Kind.
